OYO Flagship 19512 Pednekar's Home Stay - Hotel in Man Tarf Zirad - Raigad, India

1st of All do not book Classic room its very dirty, I have to upgrade in delux room hoteliers are not interested in do there job. Thanks to OYO person who came n upgrade room without any extra charges. Staff is not willing do work always makes some wired faces. Whole day power cut in hoteliers area & bcz that AC not running at 8pm power came still AC getting frequently tipped due to low Voltage n room was not getting cool. 10.30pm again power cut happened and full night AC was not running. We ordered food from outside but hoteliers didn't allow us to have dinner in room, they said u have to eat food in our restaurant even though light was not there as power cut. Btw when we check-in i saw staff is cleaning room n food plants was there. Place is good but need to change there staff and do maintenance of classic room & keep it clean. Actually hotel onwer is good & helpful but the staff is wired.

Booked this looking at reviews but regretted after arriving there. Pathetic place to begin with. Doesn't even look like a hotel. Super tiny rooms to welcome you. Mind, if you are two people staying in one room then you won't get any space to stand. Just one bed and room is full. Same goes for bathroom. Hardly any space to take shower. We had to shift room thrice because their so called ACs were working but not working. They we're just making the noise but not cooling at all. Had to spend entire night without AC. No water is served. Plus they offer you breakfast. Guess what they give you in breakfast. It's one plate of poha. That's it. And they proudly claim that breakfast is included in the room charge. Ok for backpackers but certainly not for families. Beach is 4 km from this place so don't assume that it's walkable.

Scam. if you book from Oyo, they will not accept check in and ask for offline. Just a gimmick to get more customers from oyo. not suitable for couple or families. Shady place with windows open for all.

I had very bad experience about the stay. No proper room service.nobody attends you for your querries. Bedsheets are very stinky god knows when they had washd it last.food is taste less ,without salt ,and most funny annoying thing at reception thr is small kid of 7 to 8yr s kept to attend Guests who doesnt know any thing and need to run to her mom for giving solution to guests problem..pathetic place Very very poor service and charges of all ths are very high when we compare it with the service they provide.Ac were not not working we booked 2 rooms nd both ac were non working. I would never suggest any one to choose ths place for stay.

Booked 2 delux rooms for 2 days at the cost of 2300 each per day and opted for complimentary breakfast. Pros. Rooms are good , clean , AC , hot water facility. Staff is helpful Cons No cupboard in the room, keep your luggage and soiled clothes on the floor. No table or chair in the room. For breakfast you just get small plate of Kanda Poha and small tea that's it. The cost difference between rooms with breakfast and without breakfast was 600 rs For 600rs you just get small small plate Kanda Poha that too only once.Better have breakfast from outside

I wish I had option to give negative ranking...one of worst place i have stayed in lifetime...booked through OYO but shocked to what is running with tag of OYO. This hotel is run by people who doesn't understand H of hotel. Completely unprofessional and run by local people..we payed 2800 for one room it was not worth 500 also. They don't have any room service or housekeeping . They said we can't take food in room as we might spill oil on bedsheet. When I argued they said If oil gets spilled on bedsheet u will have to pay charge... shocked to hear that I called OYO customer care they also supported hotel ppl saying some hotel ppl have such rules worst service from OYO room. Sorry to call it hotel its nothing more than just lodge. Next day for breakfast little quantity of poha and tea offered in disposable glass and plates although we payed good amount for breakfast during booking. I u need good time please don't book. OYO rooms check what u r offering to customers. Our trip was spoiled becoz of this.

Decent rooms with all facilities except wifi/internet. Food can be ordered from only one place which is also only Chinese and Non veg.

If there was zero rating I would have given that for this hotel. There was no table, no drinking water, no proper cleanliness, no proper working staff, they are not polite to customers. This is the worst experience I had with Oyo 19512 pednekars home stay. Never prefer this hotel. It's not worth for the money which I paid. Very bad. Food served is also not good we got hairs in the food we got. It's not worth hotel for the money I paid 4000.
