OYO Flagship 19310 Bright Street Park Circus - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

Property is nice .. Rooms is little bit ok.. But staff is not good.... Every time they will come and disturb and see only in bed side.. It's a very ridiculous experience I get from that Property. Food taste not so good and price is high according to there portion size. I order laccha paratha they bring at room open.. They not provide any set of salt nd paper they don't have complimentary salad with food we only want onion they say then I will pay 20 rs a room service guys as a tip for just a 6 slice of onion bcz my wife like onion with food. When we check in there room is fully wet. Ac was not working...Damp in ac wall.

First of all you will get a premium feel. Some small gesture all the quality of stay ,for an instance bathtoom quality and neatness.You might have to struggle to spot the place at a first glance but google map can be helpful. It is one of the neat and clean OYO ever have visited. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a food menu available ,just in case if you feel you can direcldi olace your order. You will be given 2 small bottle of water (packed) as complimentry, which is missing during my visits to most of the OYO. As it is nearby to Parkcircus area, if you want to go outside for having dinner then yes it would be wonderful idea. There are beautiful restaurant avaliable in the areas and you can explore Kolkata too. Else the Hotel habe Menu you can use it.

You will love this place. Great spacious rooms, well designed interiors, spacious bathroom, nice staff, great food. You may wish to stay one more day. I didn't gave five star as I faced few issues during check in, location is not that good, may face difficulty in locating the property. No parking space, congested lanes.

One of the best hotels! The staff is very passionate about their work. They handle every odd situation with an infectious smile on their faces that makes you smile no matter what! You need help with anything and it's just one call away. You should really try their aloo jeera, mixed raita and macaroni. It's totally yum!

Overall it was good. Staff behavior was really good. Not happy with the breakfast. Also the room service was not that fast and sometimes we have to call the 2-3 times. So definitely you can go for it, it's clean and rooms are good too. It's near main road, so its easy to find this hotel.

Very bad state of rooms when we entered the bedsheet were not changed the room was smelly toilet were not clean not at any hygiene ac was leaking water no hot water was available after asking for long time hot water was available no cleaning of room is done worst inn so far

Very Good hotel rooms at a modest price. V. Good staff. Food options are good. Also many local restaurant available. Needless to say u can still order outside food online and can eat in the hotel room. Just dont go by the outside appearance of hotel building.. check the rooms as well. Very close to Quest mall. Located in heart of city. Park Circus area.

Not worth the price of 2000 of such small unhygienic rooms, no packaged water , no cleaning of rooms and bathrooms ,foul smell ,dirty and stained bedsheets ,if are going to stay here,carry your own bedsheets, no phone connection and tv connection, only some local channels available, no lift , you have to use stairs. Very much unhygienic. Foul smell all over .
