Pathetic service, Most of times intercom not working after complaints they don't have solutions except arguments. I have booked room for 2 days nobody came for cleaning or changing towels after requested. Receptionist was rude behaviour. Hotel staff are force to customers for give 5* rating. And in food as per menu breakfast not available and I placed order around 11:25 PM for dinner they accepted the order but after half an hour he denied for serve the food because of he told me our kitchen going to close. I never book this hotel in future. I appreciate the service boys they are well trained how is The talk to customers and respect the customers. ( Kisi ne sahi kaha hai ki unchi dukaan feeke pakwaan).

Pretty bad service here... An auto wala brought me here(as they get commision from hotels).. they charged 1200 rs for one person for 24 hrs.. while my friend who stayed nearby got his room for 700 only.. i asked the locals and they said this hotel.male fool out of visitors.. . but the problem is not the money but the rooms were so worn out and the services were late and bad.. it's winter time so the hot water and flush also had some issues which I had to call them 2 times.. staff was polite though.. not a bad place and not a good place just average.. they could have been better but the management lacks wisdom

I would suggest you all to avoid these pickpocketers and thieves, they are really cheap people/ staff / owner. In night outside (nearby shop) people come and sit at reception, they drink and play cards it cause trouble when you're with your family or someone. The rooms stinks, bedsheets have stains of blood and semen. Toilets are so horrible that going for pee is a challenge, due to so much bad smell. They're not bothered for hygiene and cleanliness. BIG NO.

Hotel Mezban is losing its glory with time. Once it used to be one of the best hotels in close proximity to the railway station but it has declined. The food is okay. Rooms are according to according to the amount you pay. Needs maintenance, looks old and rather gruesome from outside. although the inside is good. It doesn't have its private parking space.

Good hotel and the best part is nearest railway station. Budget hotel with ok rooms with different categories. Food is good and worth spending on it. Rooms are spacious building is old and so the room are with little bit of renovations done.bettee go for luxury rooms. Food can be ordered in room and is of reasonable price.

terrible state of basic hygene. floor in the room and the bathroom were dirty. they didn't even provide any bucket, handwash, soap, towel in the bathroom. we had to ask for everything separately. shower wasn't working properly. moreover, when we complained about it to a room service person, his response was, "oyo ka room aisa hi hota hai"!

Staffs were very polite and cooperative but all the rooms are filled with hell lot of bugs (Khatmal). Its too much. If they remove those bugs I'll give 5+ star.

I went for a stay with my family but had the worst of experience. We had a 3 hours late check in still the rooms we were given were in a bad shape. When we complainted about the state of our rooms (stained bed sheets, wet towels, soiled toilet seat, dirty floor with bottles scatered, ac not working) this person who appeared to be the manager or supervisor (healthy, wears spectacles) misbehaved and threatened us by saying he will have our bags thrown out of the hotel. He tried to intimidate us by even charging towards us as if he is going to hurt us, he spoke with my dad and wife in a very uncivilised and ruthless manner. He threatened us to call the cops and when i showed no fright and told them i myself am a lawyer, he backed out and was only trying to scare us thinking he will succeed but couldnt do anything as he himself was at fault and everythjng was on the cctv camera. This person deserves to be anywhere but behind a hotels front desk as he knew nothing how to deal with customers. It was such a bad experience that i have doubts now that i will ever book thorough OYO. OYO should endeavour to train the staff of hotels which it partners with as such hotel staff will get a bad name to its hotels and also to OYO.
