OYO Flagship 18967 The Licious Tavern - Hotel in Gurugram, Shahpur - Gurugram, India

My experience is great, here. Firstly I had bad vibes about the Hotel by seeing previous reviews but after staying there for 2 days my view point changed, had got good service, good food and other facilities. Actually I got time to sit with owner also, then I come to know property owner changed recently and all staff members are new. They are starting with a fresh new. At the end don't trust on my review only.once visit and experience, but don't reject also because of previous reviews.

I had a very bad experience here. Rooms were not cleaned at all, washroom was all dirty. The reception guy was talking nonsense, when I told him to change the sheets he was like girls we're staying in the room so no cleaning is required. I then had to book another hotel but not through Oyo. When I asked for refund Oyo people were like we can not refund your money, my one night money got wasted, it sucks, Oyo sucks. Oyo should check once in while what kind of services they are promising and providing. For the people out there, book this hotel at your own risk.

worst experience very bad experience in my life. when in start I went to room it's dirty I asked manager to change room they told u have to take that only room otherwise leave and it was not refundable so I have no option. in 3 days no room cleaning n bed also dirty. full dirty small box like room many cockroaches are there. I'll complain to consumer forum. hotel management behaviour is very bad . I told hotel management to complaint they told for negative or bad rating they will see me now I'll see them. I attached all photos please check n decide.

nothing was good there. I think the room they provided was not used for some day. A lot of dust on floor and all furnishings. Clothes were also not proper clean. They dint provide bath towel and when I asked they told they dont have. In between water stopped and it came next day early morning only. My wife had to refresh in a single bucket water they provided. Tv connection everything was removed and set top box was not recharged. They told it will come in some time. But it didnt come till I checked out. Furnishings were so old and it was not cleaned. AC finned in some corner so its cooling was not getting to the bed. The hotel is managed in a worst manner. Its managed with some boys less than 20yrs old. Even there is no board outside to find its a hotel. Normally I don't give negative feedback, but this one was horrible. If I dont give negative feedback they will continue the same. No water Uncleaned room

Pathetic Experience!! First of all, as soon as we reached hotel, the room wasn't ready at all. They asked us to wait for 5 minutes to get the room ready but after half an hour, the room was still not ready. Once we got hold of the room, there was no toiletries, no towel, no water bottle. We asked the receptionist to provide all this. It took another 5 minutes for them to provide that. After that we found that toilet flush wasn't working & there was no water in the bathroom. Again when complained to receptionist, he informed that water is finished & they are arranging for the same. During entire stay, there was no water. In short, this was the pathetic experience..

Very very bad, third class hotel. Full of cheaters , very dirty room and pathetic toilet with no water. Full of cockroaches, ants and other insects. Bedsheet is so dirty that one cannot even touch it. Avoid it seriously , prefer stay on footpath than staying here.

very dissatisfied... no value of customers.. the staff is highly disgusting...not ready to help at all rooms were un hygenic flies were grooming here and there washrooms were not clean Oyo has let me down....no cooperation at all very bad...

My experience was very Harriable, disgusting. Service staff behavior was not good, very lazy, not give any straight answer. And room conditions was pathetic, AC not working (water drops). I request to all please don't go there ever. I noticed, Oyo haveli inn owner apologies are system auto rply.
