Though its a nice place to stay, it seems like they have been set up recently. They do not have a system in place yet. Their rooms have connected geysers and they expect that guests share hot water which is not acceptable. For the money they charged just for a classic room, the guest would atleast wish for a hot water bath which was not there. They also had complimentary breakfast option but i don't think the breakfast arrives until after 8 which is to comment on their time management skills. Other than these things it was a nice place to stay. Need to improve a lot more. I have visited Oyo rooms where they charge more but also have amenities according to the charges.
Deluxe room was very good and three stars for just that as other than the room nothing else was good. There are no restaurants in the hotel so you have to order from outside, TV has just free channels plus Star sports and nothing else for entertainment especially for kids, the hotel is quite inside from the main road so you can't go out once you are in, very difficult to have tea or coffee as there is nothing nearby plus the hotel does not provide electronic kettle. At least electronic kettle should be included as complimentary to make tea or coffee in the room. Also security is a concern as there are no security guards plus there were hardly any guests in the hotel and in the top floor, we were the only guest and there is no key hole or chain on the door to look at the person before opening the door.

Great Service and Highly Recommended. Staff is good and well mannered. I will be referring this to all my friends whoever will come to Tirupati.
All are AC rooms, good quality, water and tea and breakfast is best.
Everything is comfortable and you can blindly book this hotel if you are looking for the best in Tirupati.

1. There is no proper car parking you have to park car in near by vacant plot which are in very worst condition. No safty for your car.
2. TV - only very few free chanel. That too TV and Remote not working
3. Very Very Worst Room Service No room service. They will not bring a single coffee also.
4. only menu card available in room but you will not get any food.
5. Not even a single shop near hotel you have to travel long distance to get any food.
6. There is no proper response for any your requirement from reception.
7. Hotel located bit interior from main road road is not all good. Your car will spoil
Overall Conclusion please stay in some good hotel that to please dont stay and waste your money
Little away from highway.. makes it peaceful and dirt free.. if you are booking 2 rooms.. it's a pvt apartment for you. Staff are courteous.. new property.. little more maintenance could be all my advice!
Good place, very cosy and equiped.. awesome washroom feels comfortable.. but very small place max 2 people can stay and bit expensive for the space and distance from city.. overall good stay.. recommended
One of the best stay I have ever stayed in tirupathi. New service apartment with budget friendly price. You will not get such a good place to stay. Provided with all luxury features.
