OYO Flagship 18931 Azad Square Medanta - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Loved the stay. Good services. Very reasonable pricing. I don't know about the kitchen though coz we ordered food.from outside(which is not allowed btw). The hotel rooms are clean as you'd expect from a 2 star hotel. Basic eminities are not takeaway types( if that concerns you). Washrooms are olayish the floor felt like it needs to be cleaned more but it was not dirty per say.

Rating depends on what price you booked the room for and facilities available for it. For me I got it for less than 500 through MMT, so am giving 3 (or maybe 4). Overall it was value for money ! Positive : 1)Decent room, with good lighting/AC working/Comfortable Bed/wardrobe/Study table 2) Clean Bathroom (with Hot water and basic amenities such as Towel/Shampoo/Handwash/Bodylotion) Negatives: 1) Food needs improvement, ordered Veg Thali, presentation was good but not Taste/Quantity 2) Location is not very good, its next to Jharsa Village, so not very clean access to Hotel and window view as well (infact it was a ground filled with Gatbage) 3) Wifi not working (receptionist said it's only for whatsapp chat and can not use in laptop !!!) So as I said for below 500 it was decent, but anything above 1000, avoid it. NOT recommended for Family stay at all !

This hotel is purely for budget stay. Rooms are small and smells a lot. Plumbing in bathroom needs repair. They offer complimentary breakfast but on most days, they offer same menu which you would prefer to skip. Room service at night is pathetic as they had just one person service 3 floors and more than 50 rooms.

Decent hotel at a low budget. Food served is not upto the mark. Even tea was average. Its located close to the metro station which is around 300 meters from the hotel. Its a good place for business travellers if tgeir destination is closeby.

My and my girlfriend went there to celebrate our day and the receptionist was very very time, earlier we got to know that his name was Arvind, but Arvind was good, the culprit was someone named Rajeev; known as HM of the property. Kindly improve service standards and pay at checkout for regular guests. The menu was 30% unavailable. Was not serviced properly by the receptionist at all as I was asked for extra Rs350 as I had a friend to meet me in the room. I repeat, Arvind was the best person in the property.

It's a budget hotel aka Oyo Rooms. Ideal for one or two night stay. Medanta Medicity is the nearby hospital about 1 km only, so patient's family, friends and visitors can book this hotel at affordable rates. Usually goes full house on weekends due to couple patrons. Else don't expect much from surroundings, not very happening as it is situated in Jharsa village area.

Very poor in terms of location, quality of rooms and service. The hotel is surrounded by dumping ground for waste and is located deep in the inner suburban pocket of Gurgaon. Hotel rooms and wash rooms are poorly maintained. Breakfast has 2-3 items with many standard requests(Eg. Eggs) that are extra chargeable. You may get hot water if you are lucky. The Oyo tag to this hotel is disappointing and creates disillusionment in the so called Oyo quality brand.

I wouldn't suggest this place at all. I really had a very bad experience. Staff was very rude. Mostly people visited here for hourly pleasure. Room service is also not upto the mark. So please do not book this place. I would have marked it with 0 stars but there is no option for this
