Old hotel vibe, rooms feel classy. You get an old vibe.
Worst experience in my life. Never stayed in a conjusted room... Bedsheets were fully dirty... Bathrooms are not clean.. And the food is just a plate & cover. When complained the customer care didn't help us.. Fans are not working. Dim light was provided.
From the bed linens to the bath towels were all in a bad condition. The ac was not properly working. The bathroom door wont shut completely. The closet and faucets are all badly maintained. No room service as the phones were out of order. No hot water. No drinking water. I dont no what made oyo to give this hotel the so called "flagship" title.
I absolutely hated it here. I have been to several oyo rooms and oyo homes.. but this one was just like any other lodge and i was really shocked to c it. The room that v got were just soo dusty. And the extra blankets that they offered wasn't clean. There is no room service here and when v tried to order for tea.. it was soo disapointing to know that there was nothing called tea. The lobby was covered in cobwebs .. and it did not feel welcoming at all... Please don't fall for the tagline.. "International."
One of the oldest Oyo hotels in trivendrum. Now Oyo has taken this property on lease. The facilities have become worse. Rooms are good and staff is very cooperative and nice. But the lift is not working. Overall if you are a lone traveller good place to stay.
I got the room for 350 rupees. It's nothing short of a STEAL DEAL. Double bed,AC room with spacious and clean bathroom. Everything one requires is available. I mean you can't ask for more at this price. Even if the price is upto 800 I would say that it's an excellent option.
Oyo royally fooling people yet again. They call this flagship, but it is worse than a cheap lodge. Everything was a bad experience for us : 1. Check-in formalities and room cleaning took more than 15 minutes 2. The floor in the room was dirty 3. Bed seemed clean initially. In the night, we had to wake up thinking that there are mosquitoes to realise there are tons of bed bugs 4. No fan regulator , no hot water, no shower knob, no phone to call the reception or restaurant
In 2x rooms, 1. no proper light available. 2. Hot waster not available. 3. Morning breakfast 4. Rooms are too small. 5. Don't go with reception look. 6. No window in many room. Overall very bad experience.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
