The rooms are good but a little cleanness should be maintained.

I normally do not review places. But to my displeasure I felt like sharing my experience during my stay here between 12/13 and 12/15. Common area on the ground floor never cleaned. Stray dogs roaming around. Checked into the first room and found that the flush does not work and the room has a Set top box but no TV! When complained we were shifted to the other room. We booked and asked for extra bedding and they said no extra bedding was available. Wow! When moved to another room, the AC didn't work and despite repeated attempts for asking to take a look, no one came to our service. Room Service is the slowest. Do not even expect to receive anything in your room for hours and hours. But the highlight: We leave in the morning around 8 and do provide a couple of reminders to definitely have the room cleaned. We arrived back at 10.30 in the night only to find that the room was in the same condition that we left it in. When asked about the same, they said they do not have staff to clean. What the hell? P.S I hope my review helps someone who is taking a look at reviews. Do not go by the pictures posted by the owner or 5 star reviews. I cannot even decide the amount of negative rating this place deserves!

Worst oyo ever. Not at all clean. People spat gutka all over the stairs. No lift. Very unprofessional receptionist. No toiletry kit and soap provided. No water bottle provided when checked in. Also the flush wasn't working. Room dint have TV, when asked for other room they said other rooms don't have TV subscription. No dustbin and intercom in the room Very pathetic experience.

Staff is very friendly. Ambience could have been a lot better. I'd focus on using the staff effectively to keep the hotel decent. I was not told that rats would stay in the same room as I was staying. I thought it's just me, lol.

I'm giving one star for the price. It was very affordable. Well, about the cons: 1. Printer wasn't working at the reception. So they dint accept soft copy. Had to travel 4km to get hard copy of address proof. 2. TV wasn't working due to signal hindrance. Later it was working but broadcast was choppy. 3. Water wasn't working all day. They told they'd give us another room but totally forgot about it. 4. Flush water seemed to be untreated recycled water and it smelt horrible. 5. Toilet door wasn't closing as the door frame was broken. That was a pretty pathetic experience.

Nazmin the host is a very friendly person and she's really kind. Every time we visit there, she always takes care of us as her own family. Thank you Nazmin! And the other staff are also very helpful and kind. It's a comfortable place to stay at.

The location of this hotel shows bannerghatta on the goibibo app but after the booking we got the address at Jakkur. After our booking we were denied a refund for their website mistake. This was the first time I used goibibo. And it disgusting to see their response. Will definitely not recommend this app is to anyone or use it again. And also absolutely disappointed with the ignorant attitude of the the receptionist at the hotel. A very big NOOO to this place. Please update your website before fooling people!

Service was very worst, didn't expected such kind of service. Even bed mattress are not clean. Dustbin also not available inside room. If you ask anything like water, delivery boy will tell ok, you have to wait till checkout, still you'll be waiting.. telephone also not working... Below average. Everything is not clean and hygiene. Worst service ever from oyo.
