OYO Flagship 17105 Springvilla - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Never dare to take a room this place, it will be a night mare for you and your family. We had taken for two rooms and it has full of cockroach, spiders and lizards, I think this place govt have close . He is not having good staff to run this property. We have paid an advance of Rs.1500, which is not refunded. This hotel owner is just wanted to take money on line and just wanted to show this type room so no one will come and take the room. We lost our money . Then we have to take another home stay to stay toninght.Never pay him the money in advance at all. He will never pick up the call.They are cheaters full Reply after seeing your reply. You had told that we have charged Rs.4000/. for showing your property. The biggest mistake is that we have trusted your bogus photos you had send us. Our customer is very important us , that is what we had made immediate arrangements for our guest. You type of cheats are the rotten face of the tourism industry .Making paid reviews trying to cheat us . We don't bother about the money Rs.1500 , we had paid to you as an advance. But we bother about our beloved guest who trusted us. So stop getting money from anyone showing the bogus pictures. There was nothing below one star I can give you.

No wifi, no handwash, no hygienic, poor behavior, no hospitality.

The property is just near to the National Highway ( closed to Basistha Chariali), convenient for all type of transportation. Rooms were kept neat and clean and well maintained. Staffs are also helpful and polite.

Big size room clean and the bed is also very nice I love it and very good behaviour staff

I visited the hotel , as my room was booked through OYO, the hotel staff demanded 3times more money, or else i was not allowed to check in.. the staffs are really rude.. and they are running fraud business they allow online booking but then ask for more money when you try to check in.. this hotel should be banned, their financial statements should be checked by incometax department and weather they are genuine hotel or running some other black business in the name of hotel.. very bad experience..

I pre-booked a room for me n my husband in online also i did the payment but when we went there they told that they don't have the room now though booked earlier and it was at night 11:30am when we told them to help us to stay today at somewhere they were like don't care n was also dont listening to our words felt very disappointed

I booked the hotel on 6th of August 2022 for a night as I was travelling alone and had to stay in Ghy for that day. It was a fully paid booking through OYO. I reached the hotel and the receptionist denied my check in saying the hotel is overbooked. He was very rude and not wanting to help me. This was my experience with them. I don't know whatever the hell they provide inside , but if they treat paid customers like beggars asking for a place to stay I would like to give them some negative stars if I had that option.

Overall it's a very good experience of mine. Staff were friendly , services were good and the rooms along with the bathroom was very clean. A perfect place to live in a low budget...... According to the price its best for single person or couple.
