OYO Flagship 16892 Abhiraaj Inn - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

It's best PG one can get near Candor Tech Space. It is at a perfect walking distance. It is close to public spaces. The management is just awesome. Worth every penny

This has now tranformed into a PG. I don't have a clear idea if it still provides hotel service. This review is for PG. The rooms is a normal OYO rooms quality hotel. It has weel maintained rooms, geyser, wardrobe, Hi-speed WiFi connectivity, in-room food service and a TV. However you have to recharge for the dth subscription. It is nearly 100-150 metres away from the main road. It is best place to live for the freshers working in Candor Tech space (formerly Unitech). The things which they won't provide are fridge, washing machine, table and chair. However they have provided a bed side table in each room, but that won't be enough for a professional working from home or in hybrid model. I personally liked the PG accommodation there, the price was also very low considering its facilities and location.

Oyo shouldn't compromise with the quality of the hotel while making things cheaper. I wouldn't blame the hotel for it, they have made it with whatever limited resource they had, but I guess oyo does audit and timely checkup for the hotel to stay affiliated to it. Now I don't know what are the parameters you check for. Coming to hotel.. Room was very small, even though I upgraded from 2x size to 3x size. When I asked the same to the receptionist, he replied "Sir, we have given you the biggest room" . I was like, what??? Size of the room must be around 9ft * 7ft. So oyo can you plz tell me the definition of '3x' type of room? .. Water quality is worst, thanx to the location of the room which is situated just beside a canal. Room and water are basic amenities, how can you overlook and tag these hotels under such a brand name. Now coming to TV and wifi.. tv has tata sky connection but not a single channel gets played in tv, ask why? Coz they haven't recharged the tatasky balance for the last 6-7months. Since it was a internet tv, I thought ok lets connect it with hotel's wifi but again wifi also didn't leave a chance to disappoint me. Hotel has got their own restaurant which supplies food to zomato and swiggy but when I tried to order, they were like "Sir, food here is not so good. Could you plz order your food from zomato". My question is, if these basic things aren't good then what do you look for, when you actually include these hotels under your brand name? It seems like these hotels are only for couples and the only best thing which these hotels can provide is "privacy". But I do believe couples who visit there, they just don't go there for enjoying privacy but they also need these basic things. Oyo has earned a lot of brand value, both nationally and internationally, please don't compromise with the quality of the hotel just to ensure privacy to couples.

This hotel is located in a very narrow street and it is very tough to spot the first time. There is no space for parking cars. The food is priced pretty high in the hotel.The room I stayed in was pretty decent. It had frequent power cuts but had a generator so was not a problem. There were a lot of mosquitos there.

First of all the receptionist guy don't have any manner to talk with the customer.they are totally ill mannered people.if someone think that I am bluffing then please book this oyo 16892-Abhiraj Inn) get experience. the room they have given full of red small ant, whole night I got ant bite.this room is in 2nd floor, and at the time of room handover the room floor was completely damp when I complain them they told it will dry automatically. pillow cover and bedsheets are very dirty. totally unhygienic,money minded people. first of all you will not get the way to this oyo.. very disgusting management are there.. everytime to go outside in morning time you have to call the receptionist guy to open the main gate..and I forgot the bath towel which they have given is very dirty bad smell are coming from it.. it .in my whole body I got an ant bite allergy.waist management,at the end I requested them to keep my luggage in reception area they told to keep your luggage you have to pay 400rs.. I requested them and I told that I don't have any place to keep my luggage they hesitate in very bad manner.. at that time I don't have any money with me ..all of the money I have given to the broker and I am in shortage of money.. still he didn't keep my luggage.sorry to say all of these things I really suffered a lot from this management

This hotel is getting customers through oyo but they dont show this even after check in. Located in slum outskirts area of the city,no parking, undercutting in quantity of foods. disgusting quality. Price is too high.Behavior of owner and staff is extremely greedy. They Always ready for argument.Very unfriendly. They keep knocking on your door from first day that water bill is due, food bill is due atleast two times in a day. No water purifier you have to buy from them, no television. No room service at all. Mosquitoes everywhere. Continuous noise. They do not provide with a proper GST bill so it will be difficult if you are thinking for reimbursement. I could rate this hotel in NEGATIVE STAR.DO NOT GO IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT FROM WEST BENGAL.

Well, the place was not clean even after asking for clean bedsheets and blanket only clean bedsheets received. There was tv in the room but it was connected to wifi only, so no tv channels cannot accessed. Location was very odd. Staffs were cooperative. Also, they didnt check temperature nor sanitised the guests at the entry point which was expected during this time.

Bad experience.....when i reached the hotel he asked me about my booking price and i got a good discount by my then receptionist said that THE HOTEL HAS STOPPED TAKING PAYMENT ........and i already paid to stay for 2 nights.....then i said that i already called you to confirm my booking before coming here then why don't you told me that time..........and then they are ready to show my room. But one thing i confirmed he was ready to take some extra charges. Room was good. Water was not clean. Wifi and TV is only to show........never work...
