I have been their for a week with my family. They have Very poor service....the staff and manager always ask for money. The rent are slightly overpriced according to me.
Hotel is good but food was very bad, in the name of food they charge alot even if you order Something they will charge for that too very disappointed with the behaviour of kitchen staff Will not suggest to stay.
Nice Place to Stay...they have the restaurant facility too....With Elevator service . Plus Point :- Location is on Proper area ( Esplanade)
The worst experience I have had for a hotel in my entire life, please never book this hotel for your stay, no water in this hotel you will have to go to reception everytime to ask for water , even for turning on the AC you will have to go to reception and same for geyser, only good thing about this hotel is the locatoon, else everything is worst, no water no ac no geyser nothing. never have I ever had this bad experience in my entire life

Location of hotel is very good. Nice overall view of Ocean, Market, temple & Heritage monuments. Sunrise point is additional & good setting. Room decor, food & overall service are good. Good parking space on Ground floor. Room price is a budgeted one, not very expensive and worth it
The room i lived for 2nights. And the experience was good. Even the hotel management was ok. I was very tensed when i booked the room by oyo,because of the mixed review. But it was ok. If you are ok to live in a budget hotel but don't expect that the hotel should be a luxurious one. Then u can choose this hotel. Hotel room was clean. Bedsheets and bathroom were clean also. On our 3days stay when we asked them to clean the room and bathroom they did it. Oww, AC was properly working. They provide complementary breakfast which was not bad.
Many reasons why I won't give more than 3 stars. 1. High priced 2. Small room. Not clean and tidy. We felt like vacating the room as soon as we checked in. 3. The people in the reception treats you as if you are going to stay there without paying them. 4. Only the restaurant guy was friendly in nature 5. They needed the payment in cash
