It's wall to wall brothel running under sardar Dev arora,never ever book a room in this hotel....I m a doctor from agra,booked 2 rooms on 10.02.2018 but the hotel manager refused our booking in spite of showing him a confirmation receipt and message from makemytrip and told us that there is no room available after he keep us waiting for 2 hours till about 11:30pm,and that he settled our booking with some other guys by mistake.
After waiting for 2 hours and observing the activities in hotel and of sardar who is the manager there i came to know that this hotel is a wall to wall brothel and that sardar(hotel manager or owner...can't say) is holding these activities there.I request each and everyone never ever book a room in this hotel because staff is making fool of customers and yes you could be trapped and that sardar will fight you for foolish reasons.I request #mmt to take strict actions against such people.
Its a place running by criminals.....never book this hotel. Manager Dev arora is a man with criminal mind and hotel staff will threaten you. U can sleep on roads with more safety rather than booking this hotel.
Location is far away from. Corporate offices, however us in local market n thus its good for bachelors. Staff is unprofessional, the recepten manager are good. Over all at the price I get charged I feel it's value fr money.
Nice room. Staff is helpful. Hi didn't try hotel food but you hav lots of option as you are living near the local market. Just go outside walk in market enjoy the street foods.
Even after reserving my booking for Gurgaon in this hotel around 10days in advance, when I arrived the hotel manager said they had No rooms! And shifted us to a different hotel. The next day in our absence they got into the room and packed our bags and checked us out of that hotel and when we reached told us to again shift to the previous booked hotel. Both hotels were around 10mins by cab!
In the hotel industry, basics say that you cant touch a customers luggage without their permission!

The hotel was on the perfect location as per my requirement. Everything seemed okay, cleanliness, staff behaviour, room, room amenities, etc etc.
Rooms were clean and air circulation was there.
Only disappointed to have one option as bfast.
Overall good for stay in a meagre budget.
Not that good experience. Location is very good but the rooms are not clean specially the linen n blanket. Had problems with my check-in too
