The hotel room was clean but the bedding was a bit dirty. The lobby had smoky smell of cigarettes the entire time and the kitchen service was not operational. Would recommend only if you want to stay for a day or two.
One of the worst experiences with Fab ever. In fact, the property is actually branded as Oyo. I was on a business trip with two colleagues and they gave us rooms on the 4th floor. The room condition was pathetic to say the least. Bathroom was barely usable. There wasn't even a basic plastic mug in there. Had to ask for toilet paper. Room locks were in very bad shape. The bed and mattress looked dirty. The sheet was equally bad. Although the breakfast time was 8 to 10, it was not ready even at 9.15 am although they said they had full vacancy! No water bottle in the rooms. No soap or any other toiletries. Just one liquid soap dispenser and it wasn't too good either. Overall, a very bad experience (although the staff was polite). But if the basics of hospitality are not in place then what good is a polite staff?
Rooms are clean, no complaints about the staff as well! Only problem is the limited choice in food! In case you're among those who has to work while staying, network reception on Jio and Vi network is poor, however their wifi works smoothly, I used it never got disconnected. Overall it was a pleasant experience, would definitely recommend!!! Update: not clean as it was the previous time. Hence reduced one star.
Had worst experience here, dirty beds... Dirty blankets.... They didn't did any kind of brooming or cleaning in rooms. No telephone service. No shampoo provided. No towel provided. They ask for whole payment before checkout. Unknown peopls come there and start abusing for no reason, just for friendship with that guy who used to be there as a manager. Only the receptionist was good enough. I don't know her name she was soo good by nature. Hotel service was soo bad.
Not a safe place for families as round the clock 1 hr system for couples is very popular I guess, all the time couples keep coming and exiting . I had a terrible experience when I checked in, although I went here alone but still had a very bad exp. The rooms were very dirty and i had to ask each and every thing for the room like bucket, mug, hangers, bedsheet, towels, water glass, water to drink, remotes to use ac and TV and much more. One way I think I made this room for myself . I didn't stay here just bcoz I booked and money was not refundable hence my luggage was kept. I rather stayed with my friend at their residence. Worst exp and never ever will book OYO rooms for my self nor recommed to anyone.
My first visit to this hotel was very satisfying but when i visited for the 2 second time the on the same day. The rooms were not properly cleaned the cleaner wqs not upto his behaviour. When i told him there was womans hairs all over the floor he came and just sweeped infront of the mirror leaving the whole room as it is. I called him second time to clean the room by saying clean all the corners also he came did it just for the sake of night and went not satisfied with the second visit thats why 3 stars.
Our stay was good at this nice hotel. It is safe for families. Located in a good locality. Has place for parking in front as you can see in the image. Free breakfast was ok. But restaurant food not that good, too much oil. Staff are all good and helpful. Overall nice stay of 7 days here during March 2019 with my wife and kid.
All you get is big rooms and a good location, staff is ignorant towards guests they didn't clean the room even after promoting multiple times. Wifi and TV remote were not working, no intercom on the room, no soap or handwash in the bathroom.
