Horrible service! Not safe for family also. Said "Checking hogi toh dekh lena raat ko". Oyo shows different rooms and what we get is different. Manager refused to give me a better room for the price I booked hotel in. He said in price (after legit discounts and coupons), What I can get is- a company (Oyo) room with a normal ac which I will just show you here. Never book with them. I am not from this city. I was alone here with my cousin brother for my Ielts exam. Manager said "Ye pakka brother hai na? Varna checking karne wale toh khud dekh lena." This is absolutely rubbish to question my relationship with my brother. No safety, at all, bad place. See the photos yourself. Plus, after contacting Oyo, they refused to give me refund. They did not book in some other property. Manager said he has no more or better rooms available so he can't shift. But reality is- manager wanted more money for better room.

Hotel owner charges extra without any reason . And they reviewed on oyo from my phone without informed me

Worst hotel experience. The rooms are not worth paying 600-700 but they on the spot neglected our booking via OYO and asked for 1400 per room up front. I didn't have option as I was running tight with my schedule, so I had to pay as half of amount was already paid, so there was no chance of return. About room, single led bulb in the room, a TV without any cable connection. Bed was just okay. Sheets and blanket had holes in it. They don't even have courtesy to provide basic amenities like towel, soap,etc. I specially had to ask them for that. Everytime you leave the room, they would enquire if you are checking out or coming back. Such a stupid hospitality. They should close the property. They clearly don't know how to run a hotel.

It was the most HORRIBLE hotel experience of my life! I booked 3 rooms for a 7 member family. 1. We had broken beds in 1 room, hotelier refused to change! 2. The AC would shut down automatically after couple of hours and we would need to ask the reception again and again to Please Turn ON the AC atleast for a single night! 3. We were 7 people and only 2 towels were provided with soap bars as small as a pebble. Even the towels were dirty and bed quilts of small size! 4. Super small and dirty bathrooms with non functioning vents. 5. And lastly, the hotelier took my phone and posted a review on my behalf saying "We need your phone for billing purposes" This is not only the WORST place to live in Karnal, this place needs a complete remodeling and staff retraining to be even eligible to be called a hotel in 2022.

Booked room via Oyo app, but after reaching , they denied booking and asking for triple the rent. Staff was rude and simply refused booking and they have no fear of anything. Chor and currupt people they are. While standing at reception we find only couples coming for some wrong activities and seems they are their regular customers. They pay enjoy and leave. Someone must complaint to authority for action. Avoid this hotel , there are wrong activities going on there and may be illegal things also be there. These are only my observations.

The place was really yuck, Full of bad smell and the environment was really worst. the way of people talking to guest was really bad, Even it's really disgusting. I have gone their with my family, but when i have entered the room, I was really shocked water is leaking and fungus is stored near the washbasin, When I complaint to manager and requested for the exchange of room, They are demanding 500rs extra. moreover they have switched off the AC, while we are sleeping. The way of speaking of manager and owner to the guests is really rude and is really bad. Worst experience and will not recommend to anyone

Very bad experience we booked hotel through Oyo app around 7pm just for night stay 2 room for 5 adult we are reached hotel ...hotel owner demands extra money for staying and very badly behaved ... And they took my phone check OTP .... And say do what you want nothing will be happened ...Oyo not response to your call or MSG ...at we 5 members which 2 are ladies suffered by only that's hotel and by Oyo #oyo @oyo and when we cancelled the cut all over money zero refund to us ...don't go this hotel by any app and even through live booking it's totally bad people's adda there lots of bewdey and sharabi are there
