Hotels doesn't provide rooms as shown in the photos even they provide rooms on 4th floor that is smaller than the kitchen very poor service and they denied for the refund if I told them to cancel the booking very poor experience..
This is in the prime location.. but whenever I come here the Lift isn't working.. Services are good... And no outside noises are dre. Cleanliness needed , nd mostly in bathrooms.. Floors are very dirty.. I just request the Hotel when you are good in other things.. you can make it in cleaning as well.. Rest good to stay
The hotel was nice.. staff was cooperative and looked decent by the way they talked. The food facility was not available but you can order your food from Bikanerwala which is walking distance away from hotel. Room was quite smelly that's why I'm giving 4 star to this hotel.
Very poor service given by oyo. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in Pluto residence but when we reached there they made some excuse of repair and rooms are full and they shifted us to Tara Patel hotel which is the worse hotel we have ever visited with no basic services and facilities. There were houseflies, mosquitoes, toilet damage , geyser was not working, foul smell eww , cigarette smell in rooms and all the corridors, condition is worse then anyone can think of.
Booked Pluto for 2 days after reaching they took us to Tara Patel a guest house as Pluto was full. We vacated Tara Patel next day morning as its room lock and geyser not working. We complained but no remedy. We had a very bad experience and lost money too. Please beware.
Very bad hotel by oyo. Booked for 2 nights , upon arrival was told that rooms are full and shifted us to Tara petal which was the worst hotel I have seen in my life . Everything was broken , foul smell , smelly bathroom .yukkk
cleanliness is needed. The hotel from outside and the inner area is clean but if compare to room dats not... Rest its easy to find and near by place... good stay
Staff behaviour is very good. Check in is very easy. 5 stars are not enough for rating this place But only one problem here is that there is not space for a safe parking
