OYO Flagship 15009 Secunderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Rent wise its good. But services bad. No room service. Intercom phone is continuously ringing. If we complaint no body attends for ...so myself take decision and remove the phone receiver. No laundry service. Parking car is also PROBLEM. Atleast you won't get coffee, tea, water for room service. Because no room boys.

I have been to other OYO Flagship earlier and this time the experience was not that great. Though the staff was very adjusting and coordial. They in fact allowed me to check in early and i made a wrong cancellation and they allowed me to stay. But one area where the properly lags big time is the cleanliness. The rooms are not clean and are smelly. Walls are dirty with water seeping in. Windows are not maintained. Outside property its very dirty with pigeons all over. These guys need to do a lot to up the cleanliness.

For outsiders,This place is located at a place which is equidistance from a lot of cool places to hang out,connectivity to every place.Hotel staff was good but the service is not prompt there is a slight delay in that. The reception staff abide rules and regulation and follow them strictly.they have in house kitchen and variety of foods to offer.The washroom can be improved a bit, But it is expensive 1800-2200 for one night stay.overall good experience.

This hotel is located in Rani Gunj,Hyderbad which is well connected to other areas.The hotel is old and shady and had all old appliances. The service staff is not so good. They have in house kitchen which is not bad. The service is very poor and they don't even respond after complaining. Shabby rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. Cannot stay more than a day. 1400/- per night is too high for that hotel.

Ita not a Couple friendly place. After oyo confirmation and mentiong it's a couple friendly they refused to give the room. Worst oyo I've ever visited. They will not allow couples, Will not allow outside food. Wil not allow liquor. very conjusted rules. Very bad behaviour staff. Very disappointed

Very bad experience. There's no geyser facility for hot water. No buffet type breakfast, bedsheet were dirt, bathroom tiles were not all clean. Windows and doors blots dn't work properly. Internet wifi too dint work.

If you are looking for cleanliness & better service please don't think to visit this hotel. Rooms are not clean, dirty washroom even we paid the good amount. I will suggest please don't go with this hotel if you are planning to visit Hyderabad even though location is prime.

Worst room and horrible service. Maintenance is utmost worst. Not sure why this hotel is listed in Oyo. Expected minimum hygiene and the washroom needs so much of repair, No flush working, no hand flush. Paid 1100 and expected a minimum room and service. Will never book room again in oyo. They lost the complete trust. Double check the reviews before booking room.
