The hotel building is look great and the rooms as well. The behaviour of the stuff is also very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bathroom is also very neat and clean. Have everything I need to stay. Their food is I think a little bit costlier but it delicious. Afterall, the hotel is a best choice to stay.
They didn't maintain the property well... The check in process is very slow.. The room I did check-in into was very dirty, linen was dirty, pillow was dirty, even the bathroom.. I asked them to change the same they said I have to wait till next morning.. As there was no body shower gel, We asked them for soap and towel like thousand times they didn't bother to provide us. The worst part is there staff pathetic and very unprofessional . We have to call them for like 3-4 times.. And the dining room was unbelievably dirty.. They don't have even spoon... Pathetic service
I travel a lot and stayed in various hotel at various locations. But for the first time I experienced the worst check-in. I checked in at evening 5 o clock but my room was not ready. I was very tired after very long distance travel and the receptionist don't have any welcome gesture and rudely asked me to wait in the lobby. After 20 mins he asked me to clear the amount even before showing me the room. I made the payment through Oyo online but he didn't received so kept me wait for another 20 mins. The room was great but linen was not clean seem like used linen and foul smell was coming from the room. Food served at dinner was served on cracked plate though changed later. Complimentary breakfast was great and served well.
Here are the reasons why I was disappointed with this hotel :-
1. The Room Service was pathetic. The person that came for Room Service didn't had any sense of hospitality neither did he know how to respond.
2. The Bathroom Window of my Room i.e. Room No. 308 had a broken glass panel. Everything could be seen from outside while one is having a bath. When I complained about the issue at the reception, instead of solving the problem or alloting me an another room, the staff offered me a piece of towel to cover up the gap. Unprofessional on it's limits
3. The ceiling lamps were blinking, maybe because of some wiring faults.
4. Choice of food was near about none. They had a menu of two and a half page only. And the prices they mentioned were two high for the quantity and quality of food that they provided.
5. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room.
6. I spent a disturbing night as the staff members were making noises as they were speaking across my room.
The only good thing about the room was, It was spacious. And that's all.
Overall I had the most worst staying experience among all the OYOs that I had been too till now. And I'll never look forward to stay in this hotel ever in future. Neither will I suggest my friends or families to book rooms in this hotel.
A better staff and management is so needed here.

It maybe a flagship hotel but hotel staffs are not professional at all. To get something done, you have to ask them several time and after all asking I'm not sure they will do it or not. Tv doesn't work. There is no ac remote for every room. They won't provide any soap, moisturizer or shampoo at all but a handwash liquid. The only thing that is good about this hotel is that rooms are clean and big.
First of all, if anyone book an OYO hotel with goibibo, then most of the services will lapse such as reception contact, wifi service etc.

It was a bad experience for us. The owner just started this hotel and then forget about it. The most important thing is to provide service, which was not good. There is only bunch of guys for service and they were not listening about anything.
The room alloted to us was very dirty, and even after saying this a lot of time they didn't clean it.
One of the worst experiences at OYO. Rooms ar unclean despite it being a very new property. Staff has given more excuses than politicians do probably. Check in is 1 PM. I arrived at 8 PM and the rooms were not ready. I checked in and thought I will order something but there was loud music coming from the room next door and when I checked it was the kitchen and it was the dirtiest kitchen you will see. I had to head out for food. Along with that, the kitchen is a fire hazard.
I came back and realised that the bed sheets were old with hair all around. One pillow cover was missing and oil stains everywhere on the bedsheet. So at 10.20 I ended up shouting at the staff who informed they were facing an issue with their laundry vendor and the trainee refused to provide the number of the manager, Indrajit Deka who was happily absconding & I met him only the next day. More on that below. At 10.50 after shouting continuously they miraculously found new bedsheets but happily told me there are no pillow covers so no pillows will be given and after more shouting they gave 1 pillow. The colour the pillow cover was yellow as it wasn't even fresh but I had spent all my energies at the reception and retreated back to the room as I had an early morning event.
The next day, Mr. Deka told me he runs 3 hotels so he probably does not have time for every complaint and his staff had not even raised the issue to him. He looked least interested to me and simply scoffing at the idea that he had to listen to something from a customer when the reality is that it his job especially when things are practically not working in the hotel.
Nonetheless, they have offered to change my room and this review will be updated post my experience in that room if anything changes.
At 11.30 AM, the reception folks and Mr. Deka said I'll be shifted to a new room. It is 15.10 and there's no phone call or any intimation of the same.
There was no response from Mr. Deka and I preponed my flight and left the hotel.
Rooms are good if you go for just a night stay. Be aware, Vodafone signal will not come in room, I asked them to give different room where Vodafone signal may come, inspite of having many vacant rooms, they denied to change in room. The breakfast, ooolala, I recommend, don't take, taste is bad and they have only 1 option.
