Good hotel with decent place to sit and enjoy your drink and food. The prices are ok for the facilities provided. Has car parking facility. They also have a big screen for those times we want to watch cricket. Taste of food is a little on spicy end.
AC doesn't work, basic amenities were not provided too. Had to ask for everything separately. The person at reception asked us to cancel Oyo booking. He asked us to pay full amount in advance. We booked rooms for 2 continuous days but on the second day, he gave the rooms to others. After arguing, he says sorry and gives another room. Doesn't sound like authentic people, don't recommend at all.
The last time I visited 3 months ago, service was good. Now there is change in management and the staff is a bunch of very young irresponsible boys. The service is pathetic, in my 7 days of stay every service request took at least 1 hour to be answered. Waited for about 2 hours for dinner and 1 hour for a single tea in the morning. Worst is thay haven't cleaned the room once and did not clean the toilet twice during this stay. Clothes given for wash was supposed to be back in 1 day but haven't received them even after two days. Do not take accommodation here is you see young boys in the reception and for all other work. They are non responsive and do not take responsibility of their work.
Good place to stay . Don't confuse about the location, there is some duality of location in the google. The hotel is just beside Sudarshan 35mm and Devi theatres, just about 150 m to RTC Cross Roads metro station.
Ambience very poor. Most unhygienic and dirty place. Very poorly maintained. Room service very poor. Desk response is very offending and unpleasant. Car parking not enough space. Looks like age old place. God forbid if someone rates it with 3 1/2 stars. You can not rate it even 0 star if it is there. Thank you.
