Hi guys, Visited the place for dinner with colleagues two times in a row, I didn't know about its restaurant came to know about the place from a friend. Well the place has both open garden and close room sitting, the close room sitting gives you feeling of a typical bar with dim light and round tables. Open garden sitting is very basic where you have normal table and chairs nothing attractive or anykind of ambiance. Now talking about the food, I ordered chana roast, chilly panner, veg lolipop and crispy corn and in main course i ordered, paneer tikka masala, malai kofta and tandori roti. well everything is good and taste is good as per the price. if you want to enjoy drinks and dhaba style dinner. The things that disappointed me was service, service is very week. there are times where you order something else and they bring you something else, then the people there dont have habit of listening in one shot, its like we are waiting for them to come to us and then we will tell them our order and this happened in both of the visits. Overall Pros - Pocket friendly Good for dinner and drinks Cons - Bad Service too much miscommunication

Was there for office lunch. Taste was average. Mangement is not good.

Location of this hotel is just perfect. All the important places are nearby. Check-in was very smooth. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was spacious and comfortable. Although the property needs some maintenance as furniture and lift are quite old. The price at which I got this hotel was very low so expecting too much is also not fine . Overall the stay was very comfortable. The only suggestion is to open the kitchen by 6 in the morning because 8 is too late if someone has to check out early in the morning.

Ok for one night stay. It's just clean that you can have a sleep here. Not suitable for multiple day stay. Bathrooms are dark. Overall experience is Ok ok... Food is quite good at restaurant. Service seems to be Ok too. Restaurant charges need to be paid separately, they don't add them to room bill.

I had booked a room only for half a day and even though my stay duration was short it was not at all a good experience. The room I was given had a rat in it which was constantly moving here and there around the room. I was really scared Upon calling the cleaning staff they did not care to check or remove the rat and ultimately I had to complain at the reception and finally they changed my room. In the new room, though it looked clean and no rats were there, after turning on the AC my room was smelling like cigarette. Soon I found that there was a packet of cigarette under one of the chairs. Lousy cleaning service and a lot of dust and garbage literally swept under the old furnitures and rats... only good thing here was that the reception staff was cooperative and helpful. Doesn't even deserve a single star. Room was fair. Bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty. The tea cups were dirty when I ordered it. Dinner was ok. Complimentary breakfast was worst. The tap was wasting water over night. I suggest u - don't go to this hotel.

Very very poor conditions of hotel. 1) i'll start from rooms, they were not upto the mark as shown in pictures. 2)hotel has poor maintenance. 3) no breakfast and meal facilities which they Have committed while booking the hotel. They told me directly to take reimburse the charges for food. 4) no in room services. 5) they have spilt ac which were not in good condition.

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in India. Never expected such a terrible horrible experience. And to think of it, they call it Oyo Flagship... Wow... Such a bad hotel. To list a few shortcomings:- 1. This is still under renovation. So u have paint fumes in ur rooms. Still, OYO agrees to take 100% bookings with no regard to customer's and guests health. 2. The water in the toilet continued to leak all the time. 3. The bed sheets were dirty. I mean really dirty. 4. The bed covers were torn. The replacements that I asked for were torn too. I just had an option to choose the best from the worst being offered. 5. The lift seems to be from 1970's. Still has that grill door. Doesn't work if someone has left it open (and that happens quite a lot). No hotel employee monitors it. Also, if the door is open, the button won't get pressed. So u keep wondering if the lift is operational or not. 6. Takes the staff 25 mins to deliver water to ur rooms. 7. The floors have stains. The furniture is old and tacky. Overall the hotel reeks of stench, mold and incompetence from staff. Even OYO was least interested to offer any help when I called up OYO to complain. They said they will get back to me with a resolution. I am awaiting a call back ( been 5 days since I registered a complaint). On the whole call that lasted a good part of 20 minutes, all they repeated was" I have booked the hotel through MMT and thus I need to call them. They can't do anything. Can't even help me with any cancellation." I asked them what good can OYO do for me and they simply said that I need to call MMT. To think of it, they charged me 13000+ rupees ( I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights @ 2200+ per room). The charges do not include breakfast. Pl beware before you book on MMT. The only reason I forced myself to stay there was coz of its proximity to CHL hospital where my uncle was hospitalized. I had no choice but to continue my stay. The hotel did not do anything to alleviate my pain. A horror show of a stay. Pl do not visit. Pl do not book. This is a truly bad place to stay. Wish I had taken pictures to post here.. Wud have corroborated my review. If u still want, pl don't pre book on net. Pl visit and decide for urself.
