Poor Experience. Place looks good but the management is utter rude. They don't even offer water, cheat on WiFi password and no TV access. Had to remind them for the AC remote orelse they couldn't have given that too. Real bad experience with a heavy bill. They are a complete ZERO with their service. #OYORooms should pick it's hotels cautiously.

I booked this hotel for 3 of us, for an exam. I raached there at midnight. We were denied the room as they said they are having no more association with goibibo or oyo. They did closed the gate in front of us, when they saw us getting out of our taxi. It was pre-booked and prepaid room booking. Is this the way treat guests. We later found it very difficult to get another room elsewhere in the middle of the night. Never rely on this hotel

It is a Oyo hotel but not accepting Oyo bookings. Owner or receptionist is very rude. I wasted 250Rs on auto tho reach here but he is not accepting. I don't know about the rooms, in Oyo it looks ok..

I booked this hotel via oyo app and made an online payment. But the hotel denied my check-in, as per them the amount I paid for booking this hotel had low traiff rate, which was the exact rate showing on the oyo app. If anyone if booking this hotel, don't first call them and ask regarding the rates as they do not accept oyo rates. Which happened in my case. Worst hotel experience. Had to book another hotel. Also I would like to update one thing which is very important and make aware to my fellow travellers who are seeking a peaceful stay at their hotel, THIS HOTEL HAS CHANGED IT'S NAME TO " PAVITHRA REGENCY" so kindly be aware of their scams and unethical games. This hotel have received too many 1 stars for which their rating dropped from 4 to 3, which is what they deserve. And now they have changed their name to establish a new reputation. Please don't be fooled with their name it's the same hotel sree sai suites with different names now and might get changed in the future as well. Beaware my fellow travellers.

Oyo executive suggested to me for this OYO room, and they only booked from their side booking I'd was (UGSJ8795) price was around 980 something. Then we went to stay in this OYO reception and I showed him our booking I'd and I'd proof but that reception person he told us if we want to stay there then we have pay 1400 rupees otherwise they will not allow to stay us but main think was there we was getting tired bcz we were travelling, otherwise we could go another hotel or OYO. so I didn't say anything and I didn't called to OYO executives also.Then I paid 1400/- rupees and we stayed one night there. But one more think during check out they are asking me to give 5 star then I said I won't give but they took my mobile and they has given 5 star but I didn't say any thing bcz I don't want any quarrel.

I booked this hotel for my family and we are 6 of us. We reached there at midnight. We were denied the room as they said my booking was cancelled by myself and blatantly lying. They did closed the gate in front of us, when they saw us getting out of uber. Worst customer experience. I still dont understand why OYO still encourages these kind of hotels and people. Worst behaviour i have ever faced.

I booked 5 rooms yesterday for my guests who have come to attend a Religious function in our family at Hebbal for check in today check out on 11th February, made full payment online to OYO for the booking. Today when we went to do the check in, the guy in the reception refused to give us rooms despite our having booking confirmation & IDs. He told me that he has some payment related issues with OYO. All my guests have been stranded. I raised the issue with OYO requested them if they can prevail upon the hotel to honour the booking. This didn't happen for more than two hours & I was forced to accommodate my guests elsewhere. OYO also did not transfer my booking to two of their nearby hotels. OYO has appologised to me for the inconvenience. I am awaiting refund of my money.
