Rooms are goods but not well maintained and staff is not professional also. as they do not give attention towards customer and their needs

Worst experience ever .. no cleaning , no hot water ..no food facilities.. bathroom is dirty like hell .. full noise outside of hotel due to bus stand .. worst experience ever .

It is a budget hotel. Was clean. The location is very nice. But can improve the room service. Intercom was not working half them time. Had to call many times for drinking water and towels. They charge extra for providing plates in the room as the kitchen is outsourced. You have to go down and collect the food ordered from food delivery applications.

No hot water in dead winter. Worst experience if a hotel stay so far. Not recommended at all. Very uncomfortable, old and dusty rooms. No wifi though advertised. The hotel staff was aware of hot water issues (we heard a lot of complaints at the front desk) but took no corrective action. We stayed for 2 days 28th and 29th Dec, in Room 101 and wasted an hour and lots of water both mornings as the hotel staff kept saying keep water running and you will get hot water. On the second day, we asked for a bucket of hot water. The hotel staff said they will take 30 mins so we were forced to bathe in cold water in extremely cold weather (Dec end) as we had wasted an hour waiting for hot water to come through the taps and we were already running late.

Very bad experience. Room no 110 was highly congested and suffocating, family member got health problem by staying here. all my family tour was spoiled. Front desk staff is manipulating the rating by asking customer's mobile app by giving some reason. Forget air conditioning, they want to save money by not providing fresh air in the dining area. Sanitation staff is untrained. Lift is dangerous. Can get better and economic accommodation than this in the nearby area if gone directly. Sorry OYO, my first experience- not good, please improve.

Sufficiently cleaned, moderately maintained, close to railway station ND Sindhi camp bus stand but the real point takes away the hotel staff's courtesy, the front desk guy Atish is well behaved, helpful n prompt in his service. He deserves a shout out for effortlessly doing his job! I stayed on 12-13 of july!

Pros- Location is very very good and staff are well mannered. Cons- Cleanliness is all over the place. There were cockroaches on my bed and even though pest control was done, I found them on all 3 days of my stay. The hotel needs to be renovated.

It is a very good hotel with curtious staff. They are very polite and friendly as well as helpful. There rooms are clean. Some bathrooms are small but rest are spacious with good facilites. They have very good food and wide variety of food articles. They are budget friendly too and you would love the facilites and amenities provided by them
