Disgusting!!! Do not ever visit this place.. The staff will behave like they are doing a favour by letting you stay. Room was full of dirt and curtain became hard as if they weren't washed since years. Bedsheets torn and untidy full of stains. We took an AC room where AC was not working, on complaining about it the staff was like what can we do if it's not working. We were charged for the service we didn't use. Felt suffocating at night then had to open window which was too hard to open. It's actually completely opposite to what they have mentioned in description and room doesn't look like the one in picture they have used.

I don't recommend this hotel and infact i confused that how this kind if hotel can get such a good ratings and reviews. Bathrooms are not very cleaned. Staff are polite but not professional and were taking alcohol in the reception. Rooms are not maintained. They will serve you puri all days and that too not worth the price. And I want to appreciate the photographer who showed their rooms in such a way that anyone can believe that the rooms are such nice and clean. Its better to sleeps on the floor if you don't want to have back pain.

I have not seen a hotel worse than this one in my entire life. The moment i saw the rooms i wanted to get out of it and check out. It was full of dirt, unhygienic. Everything in that room you touch, you could get ill by it. I cannot even begin to explain about the bathroom i had to see, constant smell as if it hasn't been washed in ages. The quilts they gave had fungus in it and live lice moving. Throughout the night our leftover food was being eaten by mice and we could hear the sound. The bedsheet was the dirtiest and torn and when asked to change the manager replied all the bedsheet are like that madam, then later provided us with one. We looked into 3-4 rooms before finalising one because the other ones were in worse condition than the one we stayed. Manager even demanded extra 200 rs for a better room because of a misunderstanding. The entire stay got ruined. Complementary breakfast was included , we did not even recieve that. The entire building properry is tilted. If you walk from piint A to Point B, you will feel like walking up an valley. Really not expected from oyo flagship. Generally falgship used to have a much higher standards. If you see the photographs i took of that place, one would never want to visit it.

Awesome place clean and hygienic welled maintained stuffs behaviour is good towards guest they provide a complimentary breakfast to the guest of their hotel price is cheap than other oyos. Food service also available, clean bedsheets and pillo awesome view of biswabangla Sarani from the room ... it is 2 min away from chingrighata crossing toilets are also so clean all accessories are working in well condition ...it's soo good They have some identity check up policy u need to come with valid identy proof like adhar , voter , driving licence and pass port ( pan card is not acceptable As a valid I'd proof) ...

Location: road side and very commutable Nearby: a complete resident area with every shop you need available, restaurant, daily commodities, super market, you name it. Hotel: decent , with cleanliness, you got supermarket on the GFloor, street food, fruit vendors and bus stops Access: entrance bis sideways , so don't get confused Hospitality: good, very friendly, and helpful, decision is on you, won't be forced to take or adjust to anything, customer is at his/her own independence. If you ask for any service, they are prompt and helpful. Amenities: dedicated geyser, long mirror with drawer, TV D2H, glasses, water bottle, bed side small table with drawer, charger point near bed, electric mosquito repellant. Best: road side view, large glass on front, spacious room and bathroom, room service Improvement: bed cushion as have started to lose the bounciness and aged, nothing like you cannot sleep but improvement will make it complete

It was a OK type hotel. I would just recommend the property owner to have some good mattress for the hotel. The bed was so bad that it will give you neck and back pain. So please change your bedding. And one more thing that please clean the washrooms properly. Otherwise it is OK.

Not good quality amenities, water quality is also bad for bathing. Better for only a night stay not more than that as my suggestion. The room is also dirty full with dust in the bed. Bathroom is also dirty have no regular cleanings was done there. I have attached few pic as proof of my experience. But location is good easy available of Bus are there Auto-rickshow, Ola Bike n Rapido facility are available there for quick access to any part of Kolkata.

First of all the behaviour of all the staffs are very rude as if u are staying there for free, as per the money the hotel is not worth it. Even the horrible part is if you are not in the room they will sell the room to a couple and you are completely unaware of it, poor condition of bathroom and no WiFi access at the hotel even though they will charge for it. And if u unfortunately stay there u will definitely get dengue or malaria. Not recommended
