OYO Flagship 11910 Shasamco International - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

One of the best oyo one can stay in. Staffs re descent and welcoming. Hassle free check-ins and checkouts. Rooms are hygienic and maintained well. Breakfast is okayish. It was north Indian so I kinda liked it. Overall it gives you a great stay.

Shasamco they gave an international way of experience overall they offer rooms based on our convienient we must ask rooms based on our budjet. Avoid apps like oyo or any directly call on hotel and get your request done. Management staffs are good. But food please buy from outside and go to this hotel they don't serverd with hygiene and tasty food is only negative remark I faced.

This hotel is over priced and is located at not so very good location for the given price. You can stay at a good 3 star hotel by paying 200-300 more if you search online. There are some announcement speakers put up in the neighbourhood where they play some kind of records the whole day which is very annoying. The water taps in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms weren't clean, there were tea cup stains on the table. In general I have had bad experiences with OYO. On the other hand Treebo seems to be a good alternative for OYO. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff, they are good and ready to help.

Had better Oyo stays for the price range. Uncomfortable matress and pillows. The tap wasn't working in the loo. There were dust all over the place , on and behind TV , remotes, Phones , under the bed . The wardrobe and drawers weren't cleared out. Breakfast was over before 10 and was given a reason. Air-conditioning was good . Service was Okish . Not the typical Oyo I am used too . Needs a lot of work and coordination. .

I checked out they asked money rupees for 100 I don't know why it was it,and they controlled the AC it was automatically off at noon times,most of times AC was not working properly, I entering the restroom there was a broken mirror,i thought it was normal,and I stayed two and half days, just now I checked out and way to my native. They called me.. Said u pay the amount for broken mirror,i said to him, it's already broken,he asked me, then why you are not telling me, this is the right question he asked, we are customer, we traveled long way,and entering the room and checking each and every property it was not my duty, but strongly i told him the broken mirror was already there,but couldn't believe,i said OK I will pay for mirror, we believe that strongly that's reason we booked oyo,but it was bad.. I don't know who was broken,so you guys

We had a great time in Shasamco International. Here is a miner issue that "Room service was done in absence of us while we were outside of hotel and without any kind of intimation". We felt, here is lack of privacy with our things. Fortunately nothing is lost as assumption. Staffs are quite decent, hotel is cleaned and well maintained. Structure of the hotel is appreciable. Good, place is very corner zig zag root, Identification is difficult, and calm. Hotel management is nice and helpful. No lift. Ac good, but bedsheets and towels are not good.

Good for single/bachelor stay. Not recommended for families. Not clean linen. No car parking. The reception staff was kind. Overall not recommended.
