I have experienced a very wonderful stay here. 1.) High Level Hygiene maintain here. 2.) staff were of very humble nature. 3.) reception person were very nice person with good communication skills. 4.) Neat and clean rooms with all facilities. 5.) Washroom is well maintained and clean. 6.) Overall experience was awesome. I recommended this Hotel to everyone. Because all facilities is there and the most important things is hygiene which is important. And this hotel is maintaining its hygiene level up to mark.
Very bad experience. Rooms are not clean. I paid for the AC room but they gave me non-ac room and I had so much argument about price too. Staff is not good too, they were ready to fight for any reason. There is no lift you have to go to 5th floor by stairs Bathrooms were very dirty. The pics of room shown here is not real. Overall very bad experience. I will recommend not to book this hotel.

location is better than 90% of other properties in pahar gunj. nice reception area. no outside view. kitchen is outside and food is just for staff are friendly and good. did not ask us to even tip. old bedsheets and furniture but washed regularly. over all good 4 rating only because i did not get a window view and fresh air. specious room and clean bathroom.
I just love this hotel near railway station. interior is fabulous. I booked deluxe room with free wifii. hotel shantivilla provides good facilities for their customers like amenties like air conditioning, free wifi, 24/7 room service. the best thing about thing is it has big spacious room. 100 percent safe for women travellers. Please stay away from here. I don't know what is usually expected of hotels in that pahadganj area. I'm from Bangalore and I was there for a days work and based on my understanding of what a hotel should be. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay there.Linens full of what I can only imagine as cum stains disgusting and absolutely horrendous. Staff was decent but keep the busboys away. They are shady. Again all of this coming from a South Indian, maybe this is normal for Delhi folks who knows.I can safely say I will never ever ever go back there even if they give me a free stay.
Nice hotel. Rooms are good. Amenities provided. Helpful staff. Good for single, couple or family stay. Just one issue, however it is not regarding the hotel, but it is about the area where it is located. Area feels kind of shady and not safe. Otherwise, all needful places like medical stores, restaurants (both, road cheap and expensive), paan stores for the ones needing, a whole market street, etc are available in the near by vicinity. Also a metro station. New Delhi railway station is at a walkable distance from this hotel. Rickshaws, taxis, online cabs, etc all are available and accessible throughout the day and night.
