Please don't book this room i request, this is the worst place i have ever been to. Staff is of no use, this room doesn't have any amenities, no towel, no pillow, no bedsheets, no toiletries. You will ask these things again and again and they will say we will get you, don't know when. And surely they will not get you these things. Better go for different oyo.

My stay at Oyo Flagship 11050 Golden Nest was an absolute nightmare, and I had to endure sheer disappointment and frustration from the moment I stepped foot into that place. To call it a "hotel" is an insult to the word itself. The absence of crucial amenities like air conditioning, a lift, and a television left me feeling like I was in a medieval dungeon rather than a modern hotel. It was stiflingly hot, navigating through countless flights of stairs was a nightmare, and there was nothing to entertain or distract me from the misery of the place. As if that wasn't enough, the staff's behavior was downright appalling. They were rude, unhelpful, and acted as if they couldn't care less about the guests' comfort or satisfaction. It was as if they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. And don't even get me started on the room! It was a filthy, dingy disaster that reeked of neglect and despair. The stench was overpowering, and I wouldn't be surprised if they hadn't cleaned the place in years. Believe me, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I barely lasted 2 hours before I couldn't take it anymore and had to flee from that wretched excuse of a hotel. It was a complete waste of my time, money, and sanity. To sum it up, my stay at this Hotel was a nightmarish experience filled with disappointment, frustration, and disgust. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this pit of misery.

Literally hated this hotel. I went there in night 1 AM. Person on reception told me AC room for Rs800 and non AC Rs600. I selected AC. He took me to the room which was on 5th floor and there was no lift. When we reached the room, I saw TV was broken, pillow and mattress was dirty. When I touch the mattress those were broken all the springs were out. After all this, the room gate lock was broken and we cannot open the gate from inside the room. I asked the hotel person to change the room then he gave us room on 1st floor. It was also not good but lock was fine.

Service was below average. I have to ask for everything. No proper bedsheets, also booked for 3 people room but got only 2 people room. I had no choice but to manage. They don't even provided extra matress, I had to ask for that. What is this man, are you serious. This is your best service. "Kam se kam reception pe to dhang ka aadmi baithao". They don't know how to behave with customers.

Worst place to go... Very Worst staff , they cancel your booking when you reach at the hotel so that you book again with high price and rooms are terrible so dirty I can't tell , cigarettes were simply lying on the floor, the pillows were so dirty can't put your head on that and washroom just can't talk about it , I even could not get inside the washroom it was so bad , dirty Work place wastage of money

Pathetic services, scary rooms with mosquitoes and spitting marks. Location of the hotel is in conjusted streets which is quite haunted. No parking space available. Such worst food I never had in my life. I spent the whole night awake because it was not at all safe place to live with family. Never expect such services from OYO. Even they don't deserve one star but there is no other option.

Well The Hotel is good, even the food provided in the breakfast too. But the locality of hotel is too dumb. If you have free hours you can't go for a walk and get amazed. Its a locality with low availabilities of any enjoyment or fun. If you plan to just have a sleep and you are visiting for the official purpose it will be good stay.

Food is tasty. Rooms are not so good. There is lots of noise. Staff is good and cooperative. There is space for parking also. Lift is available. The rooms are cleaned, gyesar is also there, but bed is very bad. Old furniture is there in rooms, which are noisy.
