Don't ever book this hotel my car eco sports spare wheel cover stolen from parking of hotel And manager and owner gave no proper answer till date no cctv checking and reply I lost more than 7000+ cover They make loot from needy travelers who come with family Owner told me you can go to police

Room's condition was pathetic. Sheets and linens were not washed, washroom was in worst condition. No geyser or wi fi availability on reaching the property. The hotel staff were rude to us. Over all it was a bad experience

No room service, no toiletries in washroom, nothing to even wash hands, tap broken, bed smelling, Staff was not at all cooperative, we asked for early check in, they refused to gave saying all rooms are booked even after one family checked out in front of us at 9.00am, he could not made available one room before 11.00 am, even when we were ready to pay early check in charges, we had to rome the city and return after 12.00pm, I think that guy had Marathi-non Marathi ego or something, I don't know, it was pathetic experience, my family will never book any OYO, their customer care representative are all alike, in short book other hotels, don't see for 200, 300 price difference, this was my 2nd experience with OYO and it was all same, atleast about the 1st part, about rooms conditions, overall environment, etc, etc.. don't go by uploded photos.

Worst experience ever. Travelled with family and the rooms were pethetic.some how managed for the day. Money in waste.

The kitchen is not active yet so breakfast is not available, not even tea at 7.30 AM. The hot water was not working early in the morning.

The hotel staff did not provide any complementary water. The restaurant of the hotel was not working

I think Google review should have kept negative star for this Hotel. This is the worst hotel i have stayed. They are cheater, they will show less price on Makemytrip and goibio app so that they can get booking, once booked when you will reach the hotel they will ask for extra money or else they will not allow you check in. This is the cheating part. There service is worst, they will send you water towel and shop when you call 4-5 times and they will deliver this things in 1 hour. The room space was ok but there AC is very old, don't do cooling and make a lot of sound, when i reported and ask to change the room they told that other room has worst conditions, water leakage is there. Fridge and TV was very old. Bathroom water jet is bad, water was getting leaked, no hot water. I have booked the room with Breakfast and they mention that Kitchen is closed and didn't provided me breakfast or refund, still i see they provide breakfast after charging money to other guest who don't have included in booking. I will suggest everyone please stay away from these cheater Hotel

Rooms were decent but hot water isn't available all the time even when the temperature is cold. We were told by 6 am we'll get hot water but it wasn't available then. The attached restaurant staff were too disinterested in serving. Had ordered parcelled breakfast in the morning and they said it'll be done in 20 minutes. But after half an hour when asked they said that they don't have materials for packing hence didn't make breakfast.
