OYO Flagship 10070 Hotel Satkar Regency - Hotel in Nayagaon, Sultanpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

Plz do not Book rooms thru. Oyo . I have to wait around 2 hrs to get the rooms also hotel owner and staff informed that they will not provide AC rooms accomodation. I also called Oyo customer care but hotel owner didn't not provide AC room . Further I have to pay 250 extra for AC Rooms.Also hotel staff not provided towels and Soap.

I reached after booking online and they said no room is available. Worst hotel, never book this hotel. Worst staff. Don't waste your time.

No basic aminities,no extra beds arrangement even paying advance at the time of booking,no towels,no bed tea before 9:00 am. Breakfast time can be imagined. I am really surprised nnashamed at the criteria of listing of hotel by Oyo.

Worst hotel and all amenities, food is so-so veg and non-veg, so long I gave it 5 stars, But now picture is worst, no hospitality, no fix charges they just charge what they want, staff is just money eaters, rooms are smelling of humidity, TV not working, now I started staying in adjacent hotel(BRAR HOTEL). PLZ VISIT OR STAY HERE AT UR OWN RISK.

The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away from the Chandigarh city. The services and the facilities was not so good. I asked for a blanket and they provided me with two bed-sheets.

Amezing food quality but staff behaviour not good rooms quality awesome on 1st floor

Bad experience!! Booked with oyo !! But hotel denied check in !! And it's not worth the price !! If u get in <500 u can consider!! Staff was good !! Manager was helpful!!

Bad room quality. There is strong toilet leakage smell in the room.
