OYO Eesha Ncore Rooms - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Booked this hotel and when went to check in to the hotel, they denied me check in saying they can't find the booking. Reached oyo almost 6 times and every time I got a response saying they are sending email to the hotel but they abruptly disconnected my call. Tired of waiting on road, I booked another hotel next to this OYO hotel by paying again. No help from OYO customer care executives. To be honest they are simply useless. I had sent an email to OYO customer care too and no response heard too. I literally lost 3k by paying online. I will never ever book any hotel in OYO neither will recommend OYO to any of my family and friends.

These hotel guys are completely fraud guys.They are not allowing online bookings at all though the booking is confirmed and full amount paid. Agoda and other booking sites should charge penalty and file a cheating complaint aganist this hotel. They simply made my family waiting outside at 11pm night. They thought of increasing the price and keep the customers troubled wantedly so that without any choice the customer would accept the room at extra cost. They do any kind of fraud based on the demand and time. Defenetly this should be filed in a consumer court.

Don't book this hotel at all..this hotel is completely a fraud hotel. Particularly hotel reception guys. They won't allow you online bookings though u pay full amount. They sell these rooms to others at extra cost. Fully money minded. They wont care about ur family and kids even at night arrival as well. They openly alcohol and smoke and careless about the customers..Full fraud hotel. They will cheat u..

Had a Very bad experience with OYO rooms. Booked a hotel room online, but when I reached the hotel they said there are no rooms in the hotel. Again when I called OYO and booked the hotel same situation. Because of OYO, I have to stand on the roads with my family. very bad experience with Oyo. And the most important fact is that it is not taking bookings from OYO

Worst experience with this Hotel. I booked online but they said it's the weekend so we cannot give the rooms at an online price. Even the receptionist says we removed everything from online but it's visible on all websites including Oyorooms. Please don't book this hotel at any cost. They all are scammers and do everything for money. I waited with my family from Hyderabad

I booked ncore rooms for two nights after seeing that the hotel's staff and service were both satisfying. I extended my reservation for one more night, as the location suited me so well. Although I could have found similar accommodations for a cheaper price elsewhere, ultimately comfort wins out every time.

Pathetic. They don't allow you to check in if you book online. Their hotel is still showing on various apps but they won't allow you to check in. Pathetic maintenance and pathetic attitude. Just wasted money and time. These guys ... Oh godd. They should not run a hotel at all with their attitude.

The room is clean and has just the right amount of space to move around. They give you toiletries at the start. The only downside is that you can't have any room service, you have to run down to the reception everytime you want a bottle of water. Otherwise, great location and the best thing the big parking space to park your vehicles.
