STAY AWAY FROM OYO AND THIS HOTEL. I booked this Hotel through OYO for which I had an advance payment. This was booked by OYO support team. Initially I tried calling the reception of this hotel and the phone is always not reachable. After reaching the hotel, they denied me check in for my booking. They asked me to pay extra money for the rooms which are not at all worth paying. This hotel is not at all recommended to stay and never ever book through OYO. They are just doing business without thinking about customer and OYO customer support team is pathetic and lier. STAY AWAY FROM OYO AND THIS HOTEL.
Please read this before booking a room in this hotel broken bathroom equipments, dysfunctional AC, and non-functional window panels. The room service was also inadequate, and the room boy seemed uninformed as they appeared only interested in collecting money. Soo much disappointed to sat that Please take police assistance if you want justice.
First things first.. they over book (just a fancy term to give rooms offline) and deny you entry.. then they will argue with you.. and lastly.. never book it with oyo.. as a father of 2 young kids.. i am sharing my honest feedback.. its your wish to trust or not
Rooms were ok. It is not being maintained properly. You will not get any TV or Wifi. Reception is only available after 10AM and no reception in the night. You will find young boys handling reception desk after day. The main receptionist is capable. You can get this room for 1200.
I got a room with AC remote not working, TV remote not working, broken bathroom fittings and soiled bed spread and pillow cases. Not even a drinking water glass was available in the room and not provided one after requesting. The facility is behind a workshop or industrial work unit with lots of noise. Not at all suggested. Worst place ever stayed
Room was so dirty, no cleaning, very poor service, frequently electricity failure, took more money at the reception.
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent hotel booking through oyo and make my trip application. I had booked a hotel in Mysore for myself, my wife, and my small son, and was looking forward to our trip. However, upon arrival in Mysore, I found out that the hotel booking had been cancelled without any prior notification from side. As a result, I had to struggle to find alternative accommodation in the city with my family. This unexpected cancellation caused a great deal of inconvenience to us, including financial losses and additional expenses incurred in finding alternative accommodation at the last minute.
