Do not book this hotel from oyo. They don't accept the booking. They charge higher price than the oyo price. If you really like the hotel go directly and book with higher price. Staff behaviour was so rude and they were not even ready to listen our concern. Bad experience

All are pretty good except for the staff. They Ask for extra pay if we book online. If we asked for refund our amount we will book somewhere else he says you haven't payed me you have payed to website. And doesn't provide refund. However with no other choice we have payed the extra amount to stay there. Helpline also doesn't work in this case.

Amazing hospitality, customer friendly, service and well trained staff

This stupid place should be given a 1star recognition! The staff looks shady. Every after booking from an app, they deny giving room if it doesn't match to the cost that they want and demand extra money. If the app gives the customer a discount, he/she will use it. Why would I pay extra to just stay in a below average hotel like this. ABSOLUTELY dissatisfied with their service.

Irresponsible, Unresponsive, Arrogant, Reckless Staff. We have booked the flat for five days. But the behaviour of the staff made us to vacate in a day. It's worth to give a NEGATIVE rating. Don't know how the management is dealing with such negligent staff.

Good comfortable stay!!! We stayed here for 2 nights with friends and it was really a good experience, you have complete privacy and the staff was super responsive, rooms were clean too. Highly recommended

The apartment looks good from outside and even the rooms are okay as well but the the room which I had booked had the lock broken, the room walls were discoloured. Room bedsheet were not clean. Staffs behavior is good and helpful. But the staying experience is not as expected as on OYO it is tagged as premium but in reality there is no premium-ness at all I experienced. The breakfast given is not at all up to the mark as well.

2 out of 5 ... It is a hit or a miss with this hotel. Couple of guys are good, but rest of the staff are very rude. Rooms I would rate 4 out of 5. You have to give it to the construction of Fresh Living. I also believe that they cheated me for early check in during my second visit (they charged me but gave a paper bill where they don't keep any copy). Bogus bills means two things - either their employees are cheating them, or their book keeping is bad. Either way someone is unethical here. You get what you pay for! For sure there won't be a third visit from my side. Good luck folks!
