OYO Dock Inn Near Shilparamam - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

well it was a nice trip, the hotel location is nice in the middle of the city, but the rooms needs clean and most of the time the the electronic devices aren't working there like tv , ac , electric outlets , landline phones , the hotel WiFi because there is no electricity most of the time. And the shocking thing is after that cost of the room there are no hotel amenities included. But the hotel staffs are very good, well behaved and friendly specially the receptionist lady. Nice hotel, Nice trip I hope those things will change in the future small changes but very much needed ...

These are Oyo Rooms on 7th floor. The service is poor. Bed sheets and pillow covers and even towels are dirty. Room is not cleaned even after telling. They don't have press. Geyser is small. Very very poor condition. You have to ask for breakfast and quantity may not be sufficient for all. Very poor state of affairs. Do not check in if you have other options.

Ppl who r booking pls note that if u r booking a room then u l getting one room in a 3bhk flat...it's apartment turned hotel where each room is actually a 3bhk house and if u r booking for 2 ppl then u l b getting one room in tat 3 bhk flat....so ppl looking out for party ...pls book a different place. ...but it's a best place for a group stay.

Today i booked hotel room and i arrived approximately 11:50 at hotel they denied me to check-in like saying low tariff issue they said me to ask cc for complimentary stay or shifting of hotel they almost fought 2 hour's with oyo cc almost 10 calls with 15-20 mins of call waiting and calls are not connecting to cc they're disconnecting automatically oyo cc also not compromising with hotel and hotel members also not compromising they didn't allowed me to check-in finally i called to oyo cc they're not ready to accept the hotel demand of 1400 they're allowing 1045 only so they shifted to me a new hotel which is too far for my location which is price amount of 1596 they said i didn't want to pay single rupee and i came here all the way walking almost 20 min and here it's still showing 347 pending so again i called to cc and after some conversation they're ready for that 347 complimentary also so final price is 1813 , Oyo cc denied to pay complementary of 400 to dock inn but they paid 800 to my current stay and dock inn they've to resolve the issue with oyo by their side but not like denying the customers to check-in i pity for people of dock inn and oyo customer support and finally i also pity myself for booking this hotel with oyo <br/>I'm restless and have a bad experience with this hotel at the time of check-in last time and this is the second which is soo worst that i will never ever book this hotel<br/>There's a saying in telugu pilli pilli kotukunte kothiki labam jarigindi anta <br/>As like that dock inn and oyo cc fought and the profit goes to my current staying hotel <br/>So finally think before booking in this hotel using oyo app because time is valuable<br/>I'm currently free so it's not an issue for me but for others who are in a hurry it's really a big big issue <br/>Thanks for reading my review !!**

It's a serviced apartments room wise good but staff hospitality and staff is too bad they don't even give respect to consumers mainly the receptionist guy was horrible

PERFECTLY UPTO THE MARK. GOOD LOCATION AND HAD A GOOD OUTVIEW . ITS ADVANTAGE IS IT HAS A GOOD MINDSPACE VIEW WHICH GIVES A PLESANT FEELING.GOOD CHOICE FOR A LUXORY COMFORT WITH RESONABLE COST.

GOOD LOCATION AND HAD A GOOD BALCONY VIEW . ROOM MAINTENANCE IS GOOD AND STAFF WAS VERY OBEDIENT AND HELPFULL . LOCATION WAS PEACEFULL AND PLESANT IT CAN BE SUGGESTED FOR CORPORATE GUESTS TOO..!

Great experience...!! I have visited wid my frds great place, great location, excellent service..!! Have to visit more...
