OYO Dlf Cyber City Near Aravali Biodiversity Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Worst Place. Booked it at Rs 500, looked good in photos and Economical too 1. Went there and owner asked me to submit Rs200 more saying Tariff is too low through Oyo 2. Dirty Bedsheet, no pillow covers, Smell, Dirty Walls and what not. 3. Called Reception asking them to change sheets. Noone came for next 2 hours. Shadiest place I've ever been. Worst Experience.

Edit 1. My stay was ruined by the fact that your rooms were dirty. I had to practically beg the room boy who was sleeping to get a new bed sheet and still he would not get them. New bed sheets pillow cover for the rooms,Decent clean bathrooms are all it takes and still your guy couldn't do it. The guy and reception did shout at the roomboy for the bed sheets and all but that was all for show.

Washroom were quite clean and rooms are spacious. But., bedsheets and walls were very dirty. TV not working in any room. Secondly they charged more from me and but me oyo show wrong amount.

Worst Place. Had to check out after 2 hours because it was so bad. Booked it at Rs 500 for a Night. I found it economical and it looked good in photos. But then this is how it turned out to be: 1. Reached there, owner asked me to Rs 200 more saying Tariff is too low at Oyo app. It was late at night so I had to. 2. Dirty walls, Dirty bedsheet, no pillow covers, dirty room, Dysfunctioned AC and what not. 3. Called the reception, asked them to get it cleaned or allot a new room. Nobody Came for the next 2 hours. Had to checkout in frustration. Shadiest place I've ever been. I've used Oyos and in many different cities but this is the worst experience I've ever had. Suggestion: Please book a townhouse OYO or else you never know what you'd find. Pictures on the OYO app are quite deceiving.

Bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers are so dirty we can't stay in that plzz check before paying any amount washroom was also not clean I asked the people to change the bedsheets but they said me will do it but not at all changed it though they dont have have extra bedsheets which was very funny. Hope this will be helpful for you. But If you want a room In 700 then it's fine you can stay it for only 1 day but not suggested for family or 2-3 days stay

Fraud hotel. Don't go there. When you book online through any hotel booking app and make online payment. They deny check-in. They ask exta money besides the amount which already paid online. This is like harrasment. We came from Chandigarh to gurgaon after 5 hours journey. We were tired. At 8PM when we reached hotel they denied check- in. They demanded extra 1k besides what we already paid. And hotel condition is very pathetic , very poor infrastructure. Staff on reception were very rude. Don't go to this hotel

Guy on reception asked 400 rs extra even if the room is fully booked and paid he said you can check in otherwise. There is no basic facility in the hotel, such as towel, toothpaste, toothbrush, bathroom is dirty and no hot water.

TV was under repair. Geyser was not working. Telephone / intercom was not working. The bedsheet was torn which was replaced after reminding the manager. No soap, no towel was provided in the bathroom. On asking for the same, the service boy literally threw the soap on the bed as if given to some begger. It is the worst experience I ever had in a hotel.
