OYO Devi Residency Near Mahakali Temple - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Worst experience. These OYO hotels do not value online booking. They denied entry saying room is not available. But I booked 7 days ago by paying full amount. I was wandering on road at night 11:30pm in search of hotel after their denial. Imagine you are in a different city with your family at night 11:30pm with no stay. Horrific experience. I'll never book with OyO. These persons are monsters.

we bad service and behavior. i have booked three days back but at that day they have not give me room and tell me that the booking is all sold out. please done trust at all were bad experience. they have give transfer of hotel but that also was the very bad hotel. The room rate was they have mansion, we have booked but in hotel they are telling that room in this rate you can't get our hotel rooms and if you want we can give in other hotel room but have to pay more. so all of you don't trust at all.

Its located in the hardware market of the city. Rooms are good and staffs are too. They do not provide food, so if you are thinking to stay there kindly arrange the food by yourself, you will find the stalls. Overall god experience. Couple friendly.

Horrible service. I stayed for 2nights 3days, they forced me to pay for 3nights 4days just because I checked in early morning between 5:30-6:00AM. They don't even serve tea or coffee. Their fans make lot of noise. Their geyser doesn't work properly. Bedsheets dirty, as if someone has used it and they have left the same one on the bed. Very poor staff service, they are not at all willing to listen to you. Very lazy and late Latif staff. They will keep calling on intercom to make payments. No soaps, no hand wash, no toiletry provided. Oyo promised me to refund the extra amount I paid.. but now they are refusing to refund. This is the most worst and a horrible experience ever I have had. Not at all a recommended property. If you want peaceful sleep then please book different hotel and not this one. Even Oyo customer service is horrible. Till now haven't got any revert from them. Oyo said they will listen to call recordings and get back to me but till now no one has reverted and they have kept the money which I paid extra at the hotel. No wifi provided by the hotel staff. Tv not working.

This hotel not giving any preference those who are booking through OYO app. For OYO coustemers they are giving small room which is not having AC, phone connection and dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. First of all they are hesitating the OYO customers.Very bad experience in the hotel.

The location of hotel is good but the staff of hotel are not behaving well . While check-in they were asking to pay extra in sake of no rooms available . When I called to oyo helpline no. They have provided me the room . In room charging portals are not working Tv is not working they is no handle in washroom. Ac is not working. On asking they are just ignoring to the complaints

Worst Hotel, Very Bad Staff, Horrible Owner, Not Recommended at All. This place is not easy to find, and the staff and owner are horrible. Booked the hotel online but when I went to check in late at night, they refused accommodation stating that there are no rooms and that they will not provide accommodation as I have booked online. After saying this the owner just left without even trying to accommodate a customer or the thought where we would stay the Night. When I was sitting in the Hotel Lobby searching for other options some other Guy from the Hotel Staff came and said that he will provide us the Room if we pay Double the Prize we had paid online. I spoke to the website which provided the Online Booking, but the owner wouldn't respond to their calls either. I had to stay at a very Shady Place that night because of these People and they treated me horribly. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. The Hotel Business is a service Industry, and I can understand if they are losing money over online Bookings but the way I was treated makes me wonder how anyone stays at this Hotel. My experience was Horrible This was one of the Worst hotels I have ever visited, and I will never recommend this Hotel to Anybody. If I I could rate, them -5 Stars these people are so horrible.
