Room Was pretty good and clean. But there is no heater in the room if you were planning to come in winters. Washroom is neat and clean. Good internet speed. Staff is helpful . Location is decent. After all a good experience. But in my oyo application its shows Rs. 502 but at the hotel reception guy said Rs. 800 for the room. But they are quite helpful
Room was ok. Good for couple the hotel was great and mainly the food was too good. You Cann order it on your phone in your room( inside the intercom) and it arrives quickly. It is a safe hotel for couple and family. Aman Singh ji who is manager there his behaviour with guest is superb I am frequent traveler all over India I was concerned about safety but this place is safe and secure and close to tha Delhi airport go for it. Room Was Good, washroom and room is clean. Staff is good. Problems are bed is make too much noise like every time you move bad make noise. and neighbour room person playing loud music. And price is shown in the app is different and when i reach the hotel they charge Rs 100. Extra Other wise everything is fine You will have Little bit problem to find the hotel
terrible hotel with the terrible service They shifted me to this hotel from Hotel Fairmount inn from the same area as this is also their branch. But the room they given to me is in terrace which is uncleaned full of dust, cigarette butts etc. bed sheet is not clean, towel is not clean, bathroom was like public toilet... They didn't give me keys also for the room... Hotel doesn't have any lift so I was carrying my huge travelling bags all the way from terrace to ground floor (3 floors).... I called reception to just give me a bucket as it as not there in bathroom but he didn't give that also and while checking out without any shame he is asking me to give good reviews.... I just stayed for around 4 hours as I had early flight but couldn't tolerate such room for such short time also... Please be aware of this hotel and never ever book it..... I am giving 1 start as that is minimum, this hotel doesn't deserve any stars
In photos they show good rooms butin actual they provide bad amd smelling room. No cleanness dirty mattress. Food was average. There is no sign board for recognizing this was oyo hotel. Difficulty to reach.
Room is good .. but I am angry because they changed 500 extra money from my amount paid ......
The room experience is good but the staff are bad and room service be so late receptionist lady is so bad behavior of me no smile on her face so I can't come on this hotel next time
