Worst experience ever. OYO need to blacklisted these type of hotel. When I visited for official at Faridabad I booked room from OYO when I visited hotel they charged extra and denied for OYO booking which was cheap. They do not update check in and check out status as they know that I will review as negative for hotel on OYO App but google review is available. There was a receptionist I don't know her name but his behaviour like 3rd class girl . Very rude like 2 kodi ki ladki . She don't know how to talk with customers 1. No working TV 2. No proper water 3. No Wifi 4. For hygiene you can see the images of hotel room I am attached herewith. Total scam.... Worst hotel of Faridabad. When you book from online they didnt take your booking instead ask for more money to book the room. I booked from makemytrip and reached to the hotel, then they refuse to gimme the room at that price. When i try to complain they tell me to wait for 3 hours and then we will give you the room. Then after so much of complaints my booking was shifted to another hotel which is 18km far away from me.
I booked the place using the OYO app. But the receptionist told me that they don't consider the official confirmation page as a booking. He said the place was not a part of OYO at all, and instead asked me to pay double the cost of the room, of what OYO was offering. Very shameful service for OYO.
Faridabad worst hotel provided by OYO. When I reached at property receptionist said give me 100 rupees more. Bcoz we can not give you room at this much cheap price. Or you can go back. Very poor service of hotel management and also they are misbehaving to customer .Oyo need to take strict action and remove them from your service as I visited Faridabad for official visit & I booked room from oyo on today and when I visited there , receptionist (Name : Preeti) ask me 1000 Rs. For booking charge and deny to carry forward on my Oyo booking which was cheap. She told me that we are not allow OYO booking as they provide cheap room cost which we can nit afford . if you want to stay here then u need to pay extra charges (Rs1000). When I called to oyo service receptionist Preeti told to Customer executive that nobody is here to come for room and deny to take call even I was in front of her. I never recommended to anyone to book this hotel as this hotel other reviews are also very bad.
I booked this hotel after a long tired trip to let my body get some rest as soon as I reached to the reception the attendant was to polite. After that the room I got was clean and I received each and every thing which I needed at that time. This is an great app it helped me a lot. Thanks OYO,
Read before booking. I will give the honest review. The hotel and oyo are full of lies. I booked in Rs500 at oyo then at time of checkin around 10:00 PM night they said they will not give me this cheap and asked 600 per day extra. I contacted oyo they said they can refund only. I have to take that hotel. Now for the hotel, they didn't have room key. I was booked for 4 days but they checked me out at 3rd with my luggage in the room almirah. Chicken chilli was worst. Water bottle is kintley not kinley. There main earning is from couples so they don't give much attention. All in all waste of money at Oyo. Hotel is for couples so you choose.
