Very nice behaviour, good staff, well maintained cleanliness, good food, on time breakfast, dinner, good tea, overall best hotel to stay in Deoghar. ATM at downstair. Manager behaviour is too good. Staffs are well mannered. Clean toilet, clean room, good drinking water facility. Good for marriage stay, or religious trips, or city tour or business. Good to stay with family. Very nice environment for Family stay. Everyday room service, clean bed, good soap, shampoo, overall very good hotel. Good experience. Excellent management. Very nice stay for Family.
This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered in my life. Let's start from beginning: 1. Location: This is a small hotel on 3rd floor, which is difficult to locate and reach. The lift won't even fit your entire family with luggage (I am talking about a couple, 2 children and couple of suite cases) 2. Parking: There seems to be no parking facility here. Do parking on road side at your risk. 3. Security: There is no security of any sort here. No security staff nothing like that. 4. Location: Any location is not near to this hotel. Be it railway station or Baba Baidnath temple or police station, everything is far from here. You can't go on foot from here. The only thing nearby is Big Bazaar (funny isn't it?) 5. Front office Staff: Call them bouncers if you can. No manner of speaking, no manner to behave and doesn't know even basics of hospitality. This is the worst part of my experience, as I am amazed to see how insensitive a person can be towards another person. I'll not elaborate on my personal experience, but it was worst I have experienced ever anywhere in hotel industry. I will never recommend anyone to go to this hotel (especially with your family) as I can immediately sense malpractices going on there. They have no business ethics and, you can't trust these guys at all. I don't know why Oyo and other online providers are even listing this hotel.
Pathetic room service. No sense of hygiene. Had some issue in water dispenser the room service staff pour his hand inside the dispenser which was full of water for resolution and offered the same dirty water to drink .Didn't changed the Bed sheets , pillow cover and cleaned the washroom in 4 days. Wouldn't recommend.
Hi ! I was in this place from 07.12.18 to 10.12.18 , great experience , front office staffs were excellent always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are very good clean and spacious ... Charges are moderate . The restaurant is excellent and food is fresh ... Awaysome service ... The main market and Temple is also in walking distance . Keep it up.
The worst experience i ever had. This was the first time i hated selecting oyo. The room which i booked wasn't alloted. I got discount while booking and so the price was very less. When the hotel staffs came across the booking details, they stated "you cannot get a good room with this amount of money" and alloted a very small room with non functional TV, AC cooling was not at all up to the mark, broken tap with water leakage, no geyser and most importantly, the room was beside some gas ovens due to which the temperature was intensively hot. I felt like living in hell. Breakfast wasn't provided though my booking included complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was pathetic.
We three friends with family went to baba dham from 25th to 29th Feb 2020 and unfortunately stayed for two days at hotel comfort. We have faced a lot of un"comfort"able situations in this hotel. Even after paying the bill of breakfast and dinners of Rs 1650/- at the time of checkout on 27th the owner of the hotel complained against us to OYO that we left the hotel keeping the bill unpaid, Because we refused to stay on 28th due to their I'll behievour and mismanaged. We dont know that weather we get back our booking money for cancellation of 28th Feb 2020.so we are requesting to all visitors of baba dham pls dont stay at" hotel comfort" because it will be a nightmare for all.
The place is nice at this price. I stayed here for 2 days, the staff behavior was nice. The only problem in this hotel is that when the electricity goes it takes generally takes 10-20 min to start the Generator. After complaining to oyo they solved the issue of electricity from 10 - 20 min to 5 min. Overall the stay was nice ****
We were a group of 8 travelling for vacation.during the month of September 2023 we visited Deoghar and were pleased to have selected such an amazing accommodation. The caretakers were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a slight issue with drain
