OYO Classic Inn - Hotel in Kolkata, Muragachha - 24 Paraganas North, India

The worst of the Oyo hotel experience ever had. Pathetic room condition, uncleaned bathroom, geyser and fan not working, bed is very hard to sleep also there is a timing issue and they ask for early check out

Do not book this hotel/Oyo stay. The worst experience. As all the other review states they do ask for extra money even if you had already booked & paid. Secondly the owner of the stay is same so they might accomodate the guest to the soham bar building. The ambience is not at all safe for women traveling solo or with family. The dance bar is on the same building so music plays on at the highest decibal. No food options available inside the hotel. Doors of the rooms are broken so guest can't travel outside for any work leaving the rooms open. The manager is not at all there in the reception & worst customer service & experience. They should be immediately removed from OYO.

Very bad experience with OYO. I have already paid full amount from oyo app using paytm coupon but hotel manager still charged me extra Rs. 500 saying you have paid for booking amount on oyo app, for check in I need to give extra 500!! They also said if i have any question then contact oyo customer care and his attitude was so rude. But I have no time for this! And i have to pay extra 500. This hotel should get ban from OYO and OYO should refund my extra money that I have paid to hotel.

They agree to list their property through all OYO, AGODA,etc for low prices and once the customer reaches the property they demand for more money. This is a scam and as people are traveling they pay more. Avoid booking properties listed for less prices and always read reviews of the property. The experience was bads and hope no one else faces the same. Also you might know Kolkata have good areas and bad. And we should be careful while choosing area. Please understand you need to avoid this area.

Rooms are too dirty. Fan and AC Not working properly

Very bad, fraudulent, mis handling, misbehaving. I booked in Oyo, when I reached reception they asking for more money and denied my entry. When I called Oyo customer service and handed over phone to receptionist, still they argued with Oyo and wasted lot of my time. Oyo should seriously look into this kind of bad hotels, must remove them from Oyo list.

1. Charge me extra of Rs. 300 due to check-in time. 2. Room service is so bad,and ignore our responce. 3. I was ordered a mixed rice and chili chicken they was told me check in time one price, after that check out time i was pay my food bill they will wrongly charged by me. 4. Room is not hygienic. 5. Bathroom was so dirty. 6. Room was unclear. i was requested to OYO team kindly refund my extra charged which was pay check in time Rs. 300/-..i hope from OYO team a best feedback.
