Had a great stay in this hotel. The staff in this hotel is really good and friendly. Unlimited breakfast with booking is available (Buffet). Cleanliness is properly maintained in this hotel. The food is really very tasty and served hot. The linens used are fresh and clean.

Poorly lit room. Worst quality matteress. Not a single door closes perfectly. Cleanliness could have been better. Location is superb. Staff is decent. Manager is courteous. Breakfast was okay.
Bisleri Water bottle provided are filled with normal water. Bathrooms are not as clean as it's in photos. Wardrobe has no space to hang clothes. Rooms were not ready when I checked in, they fixed doors, locks and handle and even Lenin in front of me. I had to even ask them change the room because the bathroom door handle was broken and it got locked. Food is overpriced.
I have stayed for 4 days with my family. Horrible experience. Staff is not professional. Service is too poor. They have cctv camera but they are not working. No windows in the rooms. Don't waste your money here. I will not recommend to others.
Rooms are good, however rooms look a bit shady, water was given in old worn out bislery bottle, everything was there, but you have to ask for it again and again. Best thing is that they are couple friendly. Have a great night and that's it
