OYO City Point Saltlake Near Rdb Cinemas - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

They are fully fraud, they take booking online by other oyo name(they have 2 or more than Oyo ) and when any visitor visit their Oyo they just manipulate their booking and take extra amount . Just a scam

Very very bad. Very very arrogant. No customer satisfaction at all. Abusive behavior I even wanted to lodge an FIR. Owner must shut his hotel and go somewhere else. Owner did not want to give any room inspite of three confirmed and paid rooms booking he outrightly and in uncivilized way rejected us. I urge u people never to set foot on that place. Simply we just asked for an early check in and one employee generously provided a room 1 hr before but the owner came and casted us out.. @#?&_-&@ Kindly read the review before booking...

First of all, owner was very rude, don't know how to behave with customers and ladies. There was no service at all by the staffs, not even a water bottle was provided before asking. Breakfast was not provided, asked for extra payment. Early check-in process was delayed and also took more payment than it was mentioned. IT'S BETTER TO STAY AT RAILWAY STATION & SERVE YOURSELF THAN TO STAY HERE. This Oyo 15452 should be shut down. It's of no use. Worst experience ever.

As a OYO this hotel is good for unmarried couples. With out breakfast there has not available any food in hotel. If you want they have orederd from outside for serve you. Outside food have allowed here .AC was in working condition. TV was not in working condition. Toilet door lock not available so this is not suitable for family stay. You could enjoy the waterside of Saltlake from here. Nothing problems are there. This is 10 mints walking distance from bus stop. Thank you.

Awesome hotel no one disturb you here . Management is friendly with customers. You can believe on management and stay here without tension. It was really a good stay for my dear ...do not have any fear because you are at safe place ... believe me I will show u some pics also okkk...

Outside of this place not so much good but inside of this building it's unbelievable and unpredictable..awesome decorated and the hotel stuffs are too much friendly..the place is near a children's park and beside the beautiful lake where u can spend time..the place is far from crowdy area..too much peaceful..here zomato swiggy and also kfc food services are allowed..

I have a horible experience with this hotel. The behaviour of the hotel staff is too bad and arrogant. They are just harrassing the public. Apart from that this hotel is collaborrate with oyo rooms but after booking through they insisted to cancel the oyo booking and also insisted to book their hotel with out oyo by too much higher price. I wish to oyo must stop buisness with that hotel immidiately to escape from insulty pf the name of oyo. So my recomendation is plz do not book this hotel ever never to escape from any types of harrassment please.

Nice cozy stay... Located at a very cool location... If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the crowdy areas then this out stay might be just of your choice. Very helpful co-operative staff. Overall 5 out of 5.
