OYO City Galaxy Inn Near Leisure Valley Park - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

hotel owner is very good, he arrange breakfast for me, as per their booking system there was no breakfast added (only tea biscuit), but after my request he said he will arrange for me. location is good.

only the location is good. hotel staff is ok. But room is not as good as they charge.. room not clean properly. bedsheet also not clean. overall not a good experience.

Booking Duration : 3 days Check in date : 5th June 7pm. This is a review after 24hrs of booked 72hrs . I feel dumb to book for 3days without checking reviews. 1. Checked in evening and room had a faulty AC. Manager said :'Technician aa raha hai' Million Complains in vain. Had to sleep in heat with sweating. Room was changed next morning. And the audacity, next day they gave the room to another customer and said the same reason. I think we will see his review here by tomorrow. 2. They don't have keys for rooms. When questioned manager says, 'don't worry your luggage is safe as we take care of it whenever you go out'. Hilarious that they can even say that and expect me to leave my luggage (office and personal laptops and other equally valued items, or even if it was a safety pin) in their hands. And i haven't even talked about the pathetic state of rooms. No wonder why OYO rooms has such reputation.

Please don't book a stay at this hotel, I am surprised how they are even linked with OYO!! No toiletries, no towels, unhygienic, no cleanliness, toilet spray doesn't work, shady rooms, and let's just not talk about food!!! Be safe at this location.

Staff and Reception peoples are not at all professional, they Denied the stay the very last moment for the booking done via Oyo app and were allowing the stays Directly and ask for extra money to stay there, and Oyo team didn't supported the same. The rooms were also very unhygienic which we got after many argument, there were running water, electricity issue, and unwashed beds and there was dirt all over the floor in the room, and the Owner an Older man was very judgy and was perv looking at girls with pervy eyes, even her wife was there and she didn't said a word when we complained.

Worst place . Never visit this hotel. I take it just for near my location but don't take any room here expensive & small rooms. Staff & reception people are not professional. Not recommend this place to anyone

Bad experience , paid for breakfast but dint provided to us , service is poor and lack of all basic facilities , no cleanliness in the room. No any service available on time , money waste.

Stayed there for 3 nights... the room was super dirty. Towel had blood stains. Dust all over. Asked them to clean the room while going out in the morning. Came back in evening and room was still not cleaned. Overall pathetic experience.
