pathetic hotel. The guy at the reception firstly refused to accept that there was any booking by my name, then eventually when he found it after 10 mins, he said he cannot provide room as price paid was too low. He allowed me to check in only after I paid him 200 inr extra. I had no option as I had paid for booking and it was non refundable booking. I paid 200 extra and then I checked in. coming to the room. it was just pathetic. toilet was too filthy. washbasin pipe was leaking. It was an horrible experience. very very bad. please don't book this property.
worst hotel .. only one charging point working , washroom window mirror have no curtain zero privacy, wshroom lock have big hole, mosquitoes , dirty walls, shifted to another room that have everything but only one fan was working out of two that too was away from bad,AC not working .
staff was good but what to do if staff if the services are not good. I paid 1070rs and it was not worth for free living . I attached pictures as well .
There was no power backup, we couldn't even turn on the fans during night, Drinking water was not provided, Neither free nor paid, he just denied saying water is not available, We had to leave early at 6:30 AM, we asked for towels, he said fresh towels are not there it'll be available after laundry. Overall the experience was horrible.
This is worst hotel in this area. I booked hotel in Rs. 550 but when reached at property manager refused to accept our booking and also he demanded RS 1000 more, he said that if you want to stay pay extra amount otherwise u can go and said jao Oyo se bat kro hm ni jante kuch bhi ...Oyo ne abhi tk isko reject ku nhi Kiya ye bhi sochne wali bat h...don't go for this hotel.
