Cockroaches, mosquitoes, no AC remote, no ventilation, no clean bedsheet, a dirty stinking toilet, loud group drinking with the door open in another room, a friendly staff if they like you. That's how this one works. Sorry couldn't click photos. Just left the room soon as i could.

Rooms are very bad. Dirty and stained bedsheets. Bad maintence. Full of cigerate smell inside the room. So much dirt under the bed. There is no phone to contact lobby or for some service. Bathroom is dirty. There is no cable connection for the TV. Please avoid this hotel.

very poor maintenance, lift often breaks down. we stayed for three days and we completely used stairs to go up and down . No water plant, no nearby restaurants or hotels except a small stall at bottom . But room has nice ambience. one star is for ambience.

Rooms not clean, roaches were running around. Staff didn't let me checkin with oyo booking, citing oyo pays them less, and asked for more payment. Please confirm with the staff over call after you've booked your stay.

Please dont book this room. I booked through goibibo and made full payment before checkin. this hotel is refused me to check in since tariff rate is low in goibibio.. when i was there in reception already staying peoples are also shouting with receptionist like there is no hot water bedsheet.. instead of staying in this room you can choose to stay in platforms of bangalore roads i think that will be better

Terrible customer service. Payed the money upfront yet they denied check in. How can these people do this. And so rude. They act as if it's their right to deny check in. Never going anywhere close to this hotel again. Had to give 1 start or else would have rated in negetive

They charged me an extra days charge just because I came before 12pm. The hotel bed was not clean. It has some brown marks on the bedsheet. Because of the location, I couldn't order anything I wanted on Swiggy. On the other hand the hotel menu was overpriced and laboured alot of common dishes. No toiletries were provided and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. If possible this hotel would be given a rating of -5. The Tv doesn't work and the service always said that the Wi-Fi is down. Never come to this hotel!

Good experience. Stayed there for a night . Room was bit stinky. Otherwise everything was fine
