One Caretaker Whose House Was In Burdwan Is Very Bad.He Stopped Me From Filling My Water Bottle From Filter And Asked Me Not To Fill The Bottle.But It Was Hotels Responsibility To Provide Me Water.And Therefore Another Thing I Want To Tell You That They Went To My Room When I Wasn't At Hotel And I Am Feeling Unsecured.

The hotel flatly denies check-in and then charges more than double the rent for accommodating the guest. Rooms are pathetic and below par - far worse than even low cost hotel standards. The tap/shower in the washroom was leaking. Overall your stay would be a nightmare here.

Be cautious. I made an online booking. When I reached there, they denied me check in stating they will not provide me room since I have earned it in low cost. It was nearly 9 pm and I was harassed for nearly 1 hour, before my booking was shifted to another hotel. And they proudly said, they have refused to enter 3 more guests as well. The tariff they demanded was too high compared to hotel amenities and location. My worst booking experience. If you have booked online, go at your own risk P.S. they don't even accept online payments, hard cash only.

I wish I could rate it 0 or negative. First of all there is no bill board and its located in a residential area which makes it hard to find. second thing, They confirmed the booking for three person and agreed to provide a mattress for third guy but what they had can't be called a mattress.it was a comforter. We had to cancel booking at 9 pm and move to another hotel. The staff was very rude and clearly said that this is the best they can do and we are free to cancel the booking. Not recommend at all.

Nice spacious and clean room, staff are cooperative, value for money. Location is easily accessible but there is no display board outside. Need to call the reception person for location. Rest all are good. They allowed outside food and serve without any charges.

The staffs are not cooperative.we reached at 11p.m with the booking of 3 rooms but they simply said that they cannot provide us room.They said they haven't got booking confirmation. They asked for high charges.The place is not safe for women because I saw few call girls in that hotel as well as the room was full of strong smell of smokes.Its not worth to stay there during night time

Never stay here, nothing is there for a well stay , they don't have mirror in there room , there AC doesn't work, and you will find only one sell in there TV remote. Even there u gonna sleep with cockroaches.

awesome room good service clean bedsheets were provided and the person in charge was also very good comfort level is more than good.I will surely visit again.
