This hotel is difficult to find. There is no lift. The toilet was not properly cleaned. The floor was still wet from the last use/cleaning. I was terrified to find small bugs on the bed. There were also long strands of hair on the blanket. The bed linen looked to be dirty and not changed. Towels had yellowed. I did not waste much time there and checked out within an hour. The receptionist was probably aware of the standards hence didn't request me to stay back. Though the infrastructure is excellent, the maintenance seemed to be lacking. I would definitely not advise this hotel to anyone for a long stay or a stay with family.

I want to share my experience with oyo. I had booked a room in the avigna residency in oyo yesterday. I never thought of getting such a poor room service from oyo in my life. Even after booking the hotel, I had to wait 2 hours outside the hotel for as much money as I had The hotel was booked by avigna residents asking for more money from me. And when I spoke to oyo customer care they asked me to talk with oyo property manager and I did the same but avigna residence clearly refused, they will not let me check-in. Due to which my 2 hours were wasted. So I had to pay them more money due to me being late in the evening. If I talk about hotels, I have never seen such a cheap hotel. The room was very dirty from the carpet to the bed, and when I talked to the manager about it, he said, Sir, it is all right. After check-in at the hotel, I am given not only mineral water but tap water, and towels and handkerchiefs were also not given. Smoke of cigarette was coming in the whole room. And the hotel is only for unmarried couples, whoever has gone for business, please do not go to the hotel. And I didn't expect such room service from oyo. Both my time and money were wasted.
