Pros: Neat and clean room. Cordial staff. Cons: The charges are equivalent to a 3 star hotel but lacks all the competing facilities. Like no hand towel. Small geyser. No tea kettle. No food available. Very basic room service. No power backup. No parking available. No facilities. Charges are around 2200-2500. Verdict: Decent palce for quick stay. At max Rs.1500 per night per room place.
Over all it was good, nice clean room and bathroom. Ac TV and other things like gyzer were working fine, i was at double bed room which is spacious enough for 3 4 people to have chat. The only complaint i had was with bathing linen which was tron and looked old, and they charged me extra for early checkin although OyO said its complimentary.
Apartment is good. Very spacious. Good rooms. However it's a little difficult to find first time since its off the main road. One other thing that is a mood spoiler is the management/owner. We reached hotel @2pm, 3 hours late from our scheduled Time, tired and running late for an event we had gone Nagpur to attend. The lady asked from which platform I did the bookings. I really don't understand why the management of these budget hotels behave like as if we are gate crashing and have not paid any money. Anyways, coming back to the point, the lady then asked me to produce the payment receipt and the response was sorry sir we can't give you the room as this is too less amount. I was like that is not my problem, I got at 50% discount from the booking platform, you check with them. Finally after 20 mins of argument and calling customer Care, we eventually got the room. No dining facility after 9. This was another put off. Overall average experience.
It was really good stay with Archanil Apartment. Room was neat and clean. Bathroom also very clean no bad smell. The most important and liked thing to me is breakfast and room service. This is the first Oyo rooms where I got this kind of service. Thanks and keep it up.
The front desk guy Asks 450/- extra that too in cash only for early check in and as we reported today 12-03-2010 at 8am in the morning and he is not even ready to include this 450/- in the bill for . as I was on the business trip, was not even able to claim it. Breakfast is horrible at given price. No supplies of Soap or Shampoo or any basics as given by OYO rooms, Even after asking the reception is saying that OYO people have not given any supplies to us from last 15 days, The experience is horrible and feel cheated, Will not suggest this hotel to any business Traveller.
Good comfortable rooms. Limited facilities for breakfast and tea/coffee, as you would expect in service apartments. Clean. Staff helpful and courteous. Installation of Room heaters would be appreciated.
