Fake hotel rates provide by oyo
First i booked hotel aroma classic and when i was reach to hotel aroma classic, rudrapur the hotelier reject the room and said, we had no room at the price given by oyo.
Later i booked hotel kings palace rudrapur at a rate of 562 Rs a room through oyo and checked in to the hotel and the staff of hotel told me that the room price was 965
I was shocked when i checked it in my mail

Service could still get better , it is totally a budget hotel. Owner is very helpful and supportive. Staff is good . Ambience is nice and food is also good.
Hotel is in very bad condition t.v is not working,untidy ,full of smell of wall cealing,bad lighting,water is not there in our other room etc
