OYO Apartment Rich Residency Near Guindy National Park - Hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

The Room is not clean properly Bathroom water is red in colour staff is very rode bed is not clean even I stay for 10 days they don't clean the room in single day. Very bad situation and very bad experience for me in my life I try to never stay in OYO I made many emails and calls to OYO they also not tacken any action in my issues. Kindly see the pictures how the cook the breakfast for there guests. Even I don't taken breakfast in a single day's and when I request to them don't do like this with the food the staff reply to me if have any problems with this problem with this breakfast you go out of my hotel and eat or eat my breakfast I will do like this only. Any one can think for 10 days I was staying there and everyday morning the call me at 5.30 am and telling me you one is over now 9 days is left I never did this type of experiment in my life. This is the thing. You can see everything when you book ac, WiFi, breakfast, TV. Nothing is there no AC working properly, No WiFi is there in room, no TV is working, water is in red colour, Room is not clean properly Bathroom is not clean properly. This my experience in 10 days.

Not recommended for family, the room not clean like the phone we see. Will sty 5days lift not working got old people we really suffered. Toilet shower water was grey colour don't know where its come from. Room in very bad condition, not clean at all. There was a mosquito kingdom in the rooms. There were stain and dirt on the bedsheet.

Don't expect a lot, the place is a service apartment. My experience was for just 1 night, no disturbance, but the quality of the room was bad. The sheets and pillows were smelly, the hot water didn't work, and the AC remote didn't work. This place is a basic stay, nothing more.

I made a booking thru their hotline more than a week prior to my stay and I received the email confirmation of my stay. The rate was INR 1582 including tax for 2days. However once I arrived at the hotel the manager claimed their booking system have issues therefore couldnt find my booking. And said he gonna charge me INR 2300per night. It was almost midnight and he kept arguing. I even showed the email of my booking to him. He refused to see. He claimed he will talk to me the next day. But he didnt.When I check out the next day he asked me to pay at least INR 1900 which is not the rate I booked..Anyway I just paid as I had no choice. And their hotel is so dirty and unhygienic. Kitchen was so dirty and no water in the toilet when we want to check out. As a result we didnt bath before going to airport. Very disappointing service

It's a just House converted in to Hotel. Only advantage near to T Nagar market , Just fit for over night stay for a single person. No parking space available for 4 wheeler & you can't move with your 4 wheeler freely . On the road also you can't park. It's not preferable those who are expecting guests who is coming to you by their car.

Building is awesome with above average service apartment amenities... It is not a full fledged hotel, it is just a service apartment... So don't expect amenities and service like hotel... It's better to ask locals for the direction as they had not put any sign board... So even of Google Maps take you there... Still you will not be able to find the place.

1)Contaminated water 2) T.V. --not working 3)no amenities for writing & eating purpose 4)lift is available; but not working 5)retained the same pillow covers & blanket used by some other guests who stayed there previously without changing afresh after laundry wash 6) drinking water served only once; that too only 3/4th (i.e. .750 litre) litre

Very worst place I ever seen, no proper service, asking money 50rs for normal tap water, dumb paper glass were placed in the room. In my experience I advising you friends never go to this hotel
