OYO Ann Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Thiruvallur, India

Very good place to stay and is also affordable. The staffs are very caring and food is great for those who love Indian food. AC rooms available. Warm welcome is also a speciality of this residency. Though roads are not so clean the residency is very clean. Washing machine is also available to wash clothes. Free breakfast is provided but lunch and dinner are paid. This place is suitable specially for those who want privacy. The atmosphere is also very calm.

Very Nominal/Reliable Price in place like Chennai. Neat & Clean rooms. Very Good room service. Anytime check-in/check-out timings. They provide Complementary Breakfast. Provides South Indian/North Indian meals with good taste, tastes like home food. Staffs are good and assists us for all services even booking a taxi or places to be visited. One of the Rare Nicest place to board in Chennai.

We stayed at Ann Residency for 2 days. I must mention that the room and furniture was neat and clean. The service was timely and efficient. Also, the food served was excellent. Ann residency made my stay at Chennai a very pleasant experience. Thanks to all the staff and hope they keep up their standards and continue providing similar service to their incumbants in future.

The rooms in hotel is as per expectation. Rooms are tidy,neat and clean. Staffs are politie,good mannered and punctual. They always extend you helping hand when you need. I have little reservation on foods served. Undeniably they serve hygienic food but North Indian Thali is not like it should be. They use same recipe for all foods, curry leaves in North Indian Food. I would suggest them not to use curry leaves, south indian receipe in North Indian Dish. It would attract people from all over the country. Thumbs up to the management. I would suggest people visiting Porur, Chennai to stay in this hotel to feel tranquility, serenity amidst the humdrum of busy metro life. The ambience here is conducive to quite stay in a homely atmosphere away from home.

We stayed here for five days. The deluxe AC room was really spacious, which is exactly what we needed. It's about 12-minute walk from Ramachandra Medical College, though the location can be a bit difficult to find the first time. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. But I think it's not a good value-for-money.

worst hotel i ever stayed . 1. Overcharged for early check-in but no receipt given. 2. No water after check in. After many calls they on the motor. 3. Dirty bed sheet and pillow cover which is inside out for hide. Ask them for replacement but the reply " we have given for washing no stock now" 4. After whole night of journey i wanted to sleep , but the room service people used to knock the door every hour. ( If you stayed there, you will come to know y they knocking) 5. Anything you need and call to reception or room service or even the manager or owner... U need to call them continuously. Finally the staffs dont understand tamil or English . This not the staffs mistake . Purely the management's mistake...

Booked room in this hotel through makemytrip ..on arrival they denied check-in say that rooms are sold out.the hotelier said rooms are available offline (for a higher price)and they are NOT willing to accept the makemytrip booking.. even though paid full amount in advance and reached to the hotel on time...fraudsters..I'll never recommend this hotel to anyone..

not so good from outside it feels like a rental house.. but inside its like a regular oyo room with ac and stuff. you have to ask the food you have pre ordered, they wont remember properly fir which customer they have to serve the food...
