Ambience and other facilities was good but the room was not according as shown in oyo site.Other than that everything was perfect and meet our expectation.
Filthy bathrooms. Conjusted rooms... Never ever stay there While night we dint get the blankets and pillows we had asked for... Had to make do with what we had carried NEVER BOOK A OYO EVER... PERIOD!
When I book room in OYO it showed 660 rs. When I go to the location they said the minimum charge is 1200. If I refuse to pay, they are asking us to call customer care.. worst experience ever had. I am not sure whether it is oyos issue or hotel rooms issue.. This is something to be seriously addressed to consumer court.
I will rate this experience as poor. Even after the time they have mentioned ( 12 pm ) there was delay in getting the room ready. There was no cable connection. On calling reception for room service they were not answering calls many times. I even booked a call back from them which they didnt do.So overall I will give rating 2 out of 5
I've booked the room with my partner by they said that they won't allow couples to stay which they haven't informed before booking. Also they refused to check-in on 12:00 am. That became very difficult for us to travel and find another room.
Very comfortable . but again I have been cheated with additional charge of breakfastMy booking was with breakfast , but the property owner said they do not have the facility and it will be refunded , then i have contacted OYO so far the matter id pending . if it is not resolved I will take help of law .Every thing is fine as per the price range . only thing is if you are charging for anything why it should not be provided
staffs are supportive. some part of the room could be quirky but you can request a better room or you could adjust if it doesnt bother you much. they should improve the rooms but not bad.
