OYO Akshaya Kanuru - Hotel in Penamaluru, Vijayawada - Krishna, India

Miserable and horrible stay at hotel. Not allowed intially to check in even having online confirmed payment slip. Demanding for extra money of 1000 rs for check in. Made me for arguing for extra money and stay outside reception for more than one hour at night before check in. Manager talking rudely in phone. Only reception boy telling all orders conveyed through phone by manager. No TV, Hollow bed difficult to sleep, no proper room maintenance even after complaining two times.No proper facilities provided as mentioned in pictures .Totally unhappy with the stay. Giving only 1 star rating. Thank you

Everything is the worst ever. Road side tents are better than this hotel. 1. They are charging extra for the room other than what we have paid in the OYO app. 2. All rooms are full of cigarette smoke, if we ask them for cleaning, for that also they are charging extra. 3. The washrooms are not clean and the bed is also in the worst condition. All the best if you still want to stay in this hotel.

It was very hard to check in here. They were asking customers to pay extra money for the room and mentioned the amount I paid for room is too low. He mentioned that how I'm expecting a room for the amount paid in app. No proper maintenance of rooms. Water probelms in washrooms. Taps doesn't work. Reception won't answer calls. I have seen staff here commenting on other customers personal life's when they are complaining about the rooms. This Oyo is unsafe and the behaviour of staff is rude. I didn't expect how Oyo partnered with this hotel. Very disappointed with this stay.

Lot of problem in this hotel.. 1. hotel manager demanded extra money. 2.No cleanliness . 3. Very far from main road 4.No restaurant au shops near to this hotel 5. hotel service very bad not providing blanket. 6. AC not working properly. 7. Very rude behaviour by the property manager. 8. TV not wokring 9.bathroom condition pathetic. 10. Drinking water not providing .

Charged extra for Early check in thats was okay. but staff behaviour was so rude. main concern is - Didn't provided Bedsheet and Blanket for 3 days stay - Staffs were rude especially a old man. - rooms were dirty as well as washroom - Some hotel staff drunk alcohol inside hotel making loud noise. If you're traveling with family/ gf you'll probably get into troubles. - Ac wasn't working properly - Didn't provided enough water bottle to drink.

Faced lot of problems in a place where we know nothing.First hotel Akshaya , Vijayawada was asking 400 rupees more and no proper receptionist and Oyo customer care got itt cancelled and they gave another hotel N K Comforts12 kms away from there.After going there we were told that they were no longer in tie up with Oyo.Again called customer care and they gave another hotel Durga BhavaniAfter going there we were told no payment done andfinally at 11.30pm booked ourselves for 1500rupees..2 hrs hectic.My request don't give huge discounts so that hotels won't trouble and we will get some discount reasonable and happy.Customer Service is GOOD.Responded all the time.

This is an affordable and great budget-friendly hotel. Rooms are not sensitized properly but the staff is nice and they make up for it. It's a great place to stay if you just need a place to enjoy, plus there's awesome free wifi.

We booked this room through Oyo ( 3 room 6 people). Utterly disappointed by service of hotel . Staff are rude like hell. Don't provided me any blanket even bedsheet was dirty. Asked to change them but they didn't listen to us . Even they had issues with our water consumption from hotel . Ac wasn't working properly. Even charged extra money rather than booked amount. Kindly don't consider this one.
